Nithiya T Embroidery & Tailoring

I paid 2k for a blouse, the girl in reception took the measurement wrong so the blouse was not fitting properly as it was tight in bust area and loose in front neck hook which spoiled the blouse fitting, when I addressed the issue to many people all they did was try to convince me instead of correcting the issue, we travelled from thudiyalur all the way to the tailor shop for correcting it and they gave back the blouse without any alteration. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME TO BUY DOUBLE TAPE FROM AMAZON TO FIX IT WHY NOT FIX THE BLOUSE AND MAKE CUSTOMER HAPPY? I’D RATHER BUY A READYMADE BLOUSE FROM AMAZON THAN STITCHING FROM THIS SHOP, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I KNOW MISTAKES HAPPENS SOMETIMES BUT IM EXTREMELY PISSED OFF BECAUSE THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY SINGLE ALTERATION TO BLOUSE AFTER GETTING IT BACK FROM THEM FOR SECOND TIME, IF YOU'RE NOT READY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT LEAST DONT WASTE CUSTOMER TIME AND EFFORT ( images taken after I got from alteration with no changes )

I had a worst experience, the first time I gave a blouse just to know whether they stitches perfectly. The measurements was perfect but I asked back open they did front open. But I haven't said anything because if they do alterations it can become more worse , she reduced around 150 rs from the bill.. That money and my need in that blouse design can't be tallied too .. As the fitting of sample blouse is fine, I gave my muhurtham blouse and a organza blouse material for my mom.. They just did a round cut neck instaed of the neck we told. And irony is they didn't even lesser anything for my mom's blouse even after they did a huge mistake. I can even show the screenshots of that bill and the bill of my mom's blouse. even after I send them pics 2 times, and the shoulder joining part near the clavicle bone was also very very visible.. There is a lady her name is sangeetha I think . She is the worst staff there.. I really appreciate ,if they make mistake ,firstly understand that...say sorry and try rectifying it.. Instead she will ask.." Neenga kalyanathuk malayellam poda mattengla.. Mala pottaa athu maranchidum.. " How silly... She says it... Apidi maaala pottu maraykarathikka ungalukk avalo panam kuduth stitch panrom..that lady named sangeetha put a bill for me where I gave lining cloth for my blouse, and just a normal neck designs and front open normal cut blouse and just two tasels that also tasel from my blouse piece only ..and this lady named sangeetha gave a bill of 1350 I will add up image of blouse here..as far I understood they make their customer to put good review and less an amount for them..otherwise there is no chance such a careless people will get 4.9 reviews..we literally spend 3 hrs there to get it done.. Ellame opposite ah panvange pannanatha manichirlam..but athu cover up pandarthukk sangeetha named one staff is there avange solrathum avange mannerism um can't deal with it.she has no commitment towards customer and the owner I guess.. Ipidi thaa irukkum athu material apidi, aparam neenga solrath enakk puriyale, neenga thaa appo mathi sonnenga, naa neenga ketta pole ippo alterations panni kuduthdre .. Anaa inge ipidi nikkum paravallaya paravallaya nu 4 vatti irritating ah sangeetha will say.. Neenga first neck pattern cut pannumbothe naange sonna pattern le correct ah cut panname avange ishtathukk paneet.. Namma trial pakumboth.. She will come and say.. Madam ithu perfect ah irukk ungalkk😂😂..and blouse wad loose so this lady named sangeetha was showing her salwar stitched loose and saying apidi loose thaa ellarum poduvange madam.. This kind of answers really get me on nerves rather than admitting and being sorry for their mistakes. . I'm adding the photos below.. They called their tailors and are making lots of excuses instead of finding a way how to rectify it at last another tailor came and she understood the mistakes. . So kindly see the pics down and rethink before u goes there.. Price are toooo high for the mistakes they are making. . At last somewhat they corrected it.. But not fully.. Definitely not recommending anyone to go here🥲

Recently I visited Nithiya T embroidery, hence after reading those negative comments ... literally I had a second thought ...but due to my emergency I gave my blouse stitching...to be Frank ...the fit was perfect and beautifully customised that too on time delivery,I would highly recommend them .. Their on time service and perfect finishing , All over the service and Customer care was good enough .guys please do visit them am sure they make ur wish comes true

The blouses were of perfect fit and beautifulllll🥰🥰🥰. My salwar suits and many other blouses with embroidery were stitched by them during my wedding period. Disappointing experience—poor stitching despite clear instructions and extra charges. 😕Took my blouse for stitching twice, explaining exactly what needed fixing each time. First attempt: "Can't change now." Second: Charged ₹1150 for re-stitching (₹1800 total with material), assured it'd be perfect—still unacceptable results! Now saying "ironing will sort it."Every penny counts, and customers expect quality for their money. Unhappy and won't recommend

Nice professional work. Delivered at right time.The tailoring work was done well and the finishing was good. However, the final amount charged was higher than what was initially discussed, as extra charges for the shawl and belt were mentioned only at the end. It would have been better if the full cost was clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, the quality of work is nice, but better price transparency would improve the experience.

I have booked Nithiya sister for my bridal makeup. She was professional, patient, and made me feel so comfortable. The products were high quality, and the look lasted all day without touch-ups. I brought 5 five shirts from England and asked Nithiya Embroidery if they could embroider some custom designs and writing onto the clothes. The designs were complex and intricate, and all tailors in England had said that they were unable to do it due to the difficulty of the task. Nithiya and her team were outstanding. They have embroidered my shirts with exquisite creativity, extreme care, and a high level of professionalism. The final work is beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned in the drawings I gave to them. Their embroidery is of the highest quality, and I have not seen a finer example of skill and craftsmanship anywhere else. I unreservedly recommend them for any embroidery & tailoring work, and they have my deepest gratitude for doing such an incredible job with my custom designs.

The dress fits me perfectly , the tailor took accurate measurements and made sure the dress was neither too tight nor too loose. It's very comfortable to wear, and I had no issues with any part of the dress.The tailor was very professional and polite. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they addressed all my concerns promptly. The dress was completed on time, which I greatly appreciated.Overall, my experience with this tailor was excellent. The service exceeded my expectations, and I believe the price was fair for the quality provided. I would highly recommend this tailor to anyone looking for high-quality tailoring services.

It's just wow finishing....whatta comfort.....After reaching there, we went on a planning n disccusion for neck designs and sleeve ideas and finally We gave to stitching for myself and my daughter for a function in a very short time, Nithya n Team completed and gave the dresses on time...must say sleeves ultimate comfort and mainly neck perfect finishing for both my blouses..... my daughters both crop top n skirt with beautiful pleats just came out like how she expected... Perfect On time Nice client handling

Had a very very bad experience with these people. My silk saree blouse made me totally upset they stitched it too short and the charges they make is too heavy for this kind of stitching.. It totally gave a very bad experience..i strictly dont recommend to any body.. I took another silk blouse and gave to other tailor.. The work done by her is really good.. We and our blouses are becoming lab rats to their working staffs Headache with this tailors.. Not willing to even give a star.. Very worst.. They even dont regret for the mistakes instead they say that if we iron it will be alright this that all lame reasons i got tensed and got my blouse without saying a word.. Very very bad

Makkale.. Dnt fall prey by seeing these positive comments.. Bcoz I did the same and now I am with full of disappointments. The outcome of my blouse was worst. Fitting was not good, 2 times gave it for alternations still not giving good fitting. They completely screwed my blouse up. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. All these reviews are coming up by giving 50₹ discount to customers I believe . They have a poster in their counter stating that if we give good review and ratings by scanner their review Qr code and show it to them. They are offering 50₹ discount. Ena oru strategy.. Namma kitaye extra charge panni nammake 50₹ discount kodukuranga. Worst service ever..
