I am compelled to share my extreme disappointment and frankly, outrage, regarding the recent tailoring experience at this establishment. My interaction, which should have been a straightforward custom order, turned into a frustrating and costly ordeal due to a fundamental failure to adhere to my clear instructions. Specifically, I explicitly requested and confirmed that the blouse be stitched with a back hook closure. To my absolute dismay and disbelief, upon collection, I discovered that the blouse had been wrongly stitched with a front hook closure. This is not a minor oversight; it is a critical error that completely disregards the customer's direct and simple instruction. A basic understanding of tailoring, let alone professional service, dictates that such a core design element should be accurately executed. Adding insult to injury, the cost charged for this grossly inaccurate and fundamentally flawed work was exorbitantly high. To pay a premium price for a garment that not only fails to meet the specified design but actively contradicts it, is utterly unacceptable and feels like a deceptive practice. The combination of a significant error and an inflated price point leaves me feeling thoroughly cheated and deeply upset. The sheer lack of attention to detail and apparent disregard for customer requirements displayed by this shop is appalling. It suggests a serious lapse in quality control and customer service. I now have a blouse that is not what I ordered, and I am out a significant amount of money for a garment that is not fit for purpose according to my specifications. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise extreme caution. Based on my experience, this establishment demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism and delivers shoddy workmanship at premium rates. I will certainly not be returning for any future services and will be sharing my negative experience widely.

Harsha Embroidery is one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They promised to stitch a costume for my nephew by a certain date but completely failed to deliver. They ignored my calls, never bothered to update me, and when I finally went to collect the material, it was handed back in a careless manner. To make it worse, they blatantly lied, denied responsibility, and couldn’t even provide proof of any attempt to contact me. The attitude was shocking — when I mentioned writing a review, the lady arrogantly said they’ve already seen thousands of negative reviews and it doesn’t matter. If a business openly admits that negative reviews don’t affect them, it shows exactly how little they value customers, honesty, or professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was told by my wife that she had given her blouse stitching with machine embroidery and that's why it's costly. When I was picking up the product, we found out it's hand embroidery that too very basic level. When asked about this they didn't gave proper answer. Not recommended. I was angry at my wife that she didn't researched before.

Had worst experience. They don't know the meaning of respect and don't want to learn too. They don't seem to be affected by the ratings. Please don't visit here. You will lose money (900 + 100 for blouse), time (they ask you to come for delivery and wait for endless hours), and loose your valuable cloth. After spoiling my wife's cloths, when confronted, the owner started shouting that only North Indians have problem here. South Indian Clothes are stitched like this. I could not do much. Thinking of writing to consumer court. People like her spoil the name of such a lovely community. Don't even deserve one star*, since I had to give, had no option.

I had a very worst experience of my lifetime.. gave my blouse for stitching and specifically gave instructions about the pattern which they didn’t do and when I asked them about it, LEKHA the receptionist was so rude to me and she used very very harsh language and spoke disrespectful. She said “ osiyila thechutu poga vandhiya dee ne , unaku matum than d enga stitching la problem vera yaruku illa venumna ne ukanthu unaku blouse thechu potuko dee “ and many more she spoke… no one has the rights to speak to customer using words like dee.. They charge really too much for stitching one blouse they charge 900 rs …having mistakes on their side instead of being polite they defend themselves and speak to the customers very badly… if this continues I dont know how long they can keep running this place… more over my blouse was not delivered on time also. They stitch our dress as per their wish and expect us to wear it.

I had a very bad experience. They said they would give me on a particular day and even after going 3 days later than the appointed date they still hadn't touched my material. They asked me to come the next day and made a royal mess of my dress. They dress was stitched in a hurry and so wasn't aligned on both sides.. They showed no remorse over it. The receptionist girl is very arrogant, unfriendly, rude. One good thing about her is that no matter how worse your dress turns out she'll defend her staff. Made a huge mistake ever by going to this shop and not checking the reviews of them online.

What a horrible customer service. Please avoid them if you have an inch of self respect. I wouldn't have gone to the shop if I had seen these 1 star reviews before. So arrogant and rude. You ask them for a simple change and they will be like " This is what I will stitch, don't waste our time". And one question you ask, you will be teared by arrogant replies from Lekha(front end staff).She says " You only came to our shop begging to stitch and we did not come to you". I don't know how the owner overlooks this sort of behavior to the clients or not sure If she is speaking on behalf of the owner. They will talk as if they are doing a favor by stitching inspite of charging Rs 1200 for a simple lining blouse with dori. They think they are the only tailoring shop in Coimbatore. I seriously dont know how they are even running their business with this attitude. FYI: DONT BE FOOLED BY THE VERY FEW 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE GIVEN BY THE STAFFS WORKING THERE AND THEIR OWN FAMILY.

As similar to other reviews, we too had a worst experience. Work was not done according to specifications after repeated reminders, The response from the staff was very rude, I won't recommend this as they wont respond to customers in polite way, cost is also high and arguing with customers in rude manner. The work is done in hasty way and according to their wish. The staff Lekha was not admitting her mistake of changing design and blaming as if we are arguing for discount. This shop is NOT RECOMMENDED, running by 0 rating people. . . .

WORST STITCHING EVER. I won’t even give one star if not mandatory to give my review. Not at all worth for money. Also they are very unprofessional and rude. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. No respect in their behaviour as if they are doing free of cost. 750 rs stitching charge alone, that Blouse I had to throw in trash. I never recommend to anyone

They are the worst tailors I've ever gone to. The ladies working in the shop are very arrogant and they don't give any respect to the customers.There are far better shops in CBE than them. Please don't go to this shop no matter what. I gave them my material and they spoiled it to the utmost. They have zero knowledge about about cuts and styles and no knowledge about fabric. I gave them my expensive organza and silk material which I got it delhi and they spoiled it to the utmost and didn't have the common sense to apologize or even correct their mistake. They have zero hospitality and full of arrogance.if you're expecting for a good outfit to be stitched please please don't go there !!!!!!

I didn't get my product on time. And they stitched completely what was not told. They didn't even apologise for it and made me come the next day again to their shop to receive the altered kurta. And again made me wait for more than an hour for alteration which was done only after I went there. They completely spoiled my dress.

Worst place to strict your dresses. Had and bad experience. Don't dream to have a best function with this cheep HARSA EMBROIDERY. They will never deliver you the design you want instead deliver only wat they can do. No proper response and customer service. No value for money. They know only to shout and change once function mood to worst or bad experience

The biggest mistake in recent years that I made in my 82 years was to go to Harsa to give my grand dsughters wedding Lehenga for stitching the blouse. Time given to collect was 15th June. Even going 3days later the blouse was untouched. The receptionist is most arrogant and talks with no respect.we were asked to come again this morning the 19th June by 11.00 am. To our absolute shock the blouse was hurriedly stitched in a terrible state, with any alteration unthinkable. A fabulous amount collected. Harsa is not a place for time and rating.

I wound like to save this 1 star also for any other normal stitching shop. The Lady(i think the owner)in that shop is ultimate enough reason for you to not choose this shop at all for lifetime, I gave a Blouse for stitching and it didnt come out well, when i genuinely put forth my reviews, she just refused and started bodyshaming the customer(me), saying my body is not okay to wear such a blouse(a very normal blouse,no embroidery or anything), said the Model with sagging calories(the Lady). Such people do exist in planet!, there are a lot of tailors who does great work for the money you spend, so i urge not to opt this shop, a shop should be disciplined so does there work will be, professionalism and key responsibility is the base for growth of a shop. *****THIS SHOP IS A DISASTER*****

As similar as other reviews we too had a worst experience.... they ll not give respect to d customers... especially that receptionist girl lekhas behaviour s irritating...that shop owner also supporting that girl only...they don't care about customers satisfaction.only money minded simple boat neck lining cotton blouse they charged 2000rs.. stitching also worst..this much of negative comments I don't know how they r running that shop..that receptionists girls nt even ready to listen wat d customer going to tel..think before choosing this shop....

Very worst people and dresses they stitch are pathetic.. they didn't stitch the dress as asked for when I asked them about it the receptionist Lekha was so rude and defended her staffs.. lekha and the owner lady will be the sole reason to never visit that place again ... the way they treat the customers are worst... they make us to wait for hours to get dress even if you go after deadline date they gave.. dresses will never be stitched as per our preference inspite of charging very high rates..never ever go to this shop for stitching

Ever worst...I gave my leghanga blouse and asked her to do some patch work she said she cannot as it's a velvet cloth and we dont get black gold stones or chamukis..and then she is deciding herself and she is not ready to listen my suggestions .and she is rude in her talk..no customer satisfaction is expected...and one of my chamuki was fallen I asked her to paste tat she said she couldn't do that never seen such a tailor in my life..and I have been calling her from morning more than 10 times and my friends also tried more number of times but she did nt pick the cal..seriously worst day in my life..its my wedding dress so I m more worried I need to stop her before cutting my cloth
