I gave my blazer and pants for alteration, but the experience was very disappointing.
After the blazer alteration, I felt the center back vent was altered incorrectly, and the back sides became uneven in length, affecting the overall fit and appearance. The pants were also cut and modified, making it impossible to restore them to their original fit.
When I returned for a correction, they asked me to collect it later. However, when I checked the blazer, I could not notice any visible difference, and the uneven length issue was still present, even though they claimed it has been altered.
Initially, the staff were polite, but when I returned for a re-alteration, they were unprofessional when I raised my concerns. They seemed more interested in laughing among themselves behind than addressing the issue.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with both the alteration quality and customer service. Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews, as my experience was completely different.

Hi, I checked your order details. You came to our shop for a blazer alteration. You bought a ready-made blazer, and your height is around 6.3 feet. Ready-made blazers usually do not come in suitable proportions for such tall body types.
You were explained what could be done (height increasing was not possible due to the lack of extra inner fabric) and what could not be done. You agreed to those explanations. We tried our best, completed the alteration, and delivered the blazer to you, and you paid the bill.
One day after delivery, you called us and sent some photos explaining that the back-side vent was not previously there. We handle hundreds of blazers monthly, and a vent cut is a general design pattern in blazers and coat suits. You argued that it was not previously there and that it was hanging like a tail. That made our staff laugh. When someone says something unusual, laughter is often a natural reaction. However, they did not mean to neglect your opinion or dismiss your concern.
When you asked for a second round of correction, we politely asked you to visit our shop and tried our best once again to make the ready-made blazer fit you better. However, complete restructuring of a ready-made blazer is not possible.

Very bad. Although the stitching was nice, the staff aren't great.. They do not respect the privacy of customers. I see that they are defending every negative comment they get, I did not directly comment from my account, it's my friend's account. I wanted to report this cheap behavior, but keeping in mind that they stitched better than other shops I went to, I refrained from reporting, but they do not respect the privacy of customers, so I would recommend you go to some other shop.

Regarding your comment about “No respect to privacy of the customer,” we would like to clarify our working process. We are primarily a gents tailoring company, and about 90% of our customers are men. However, some women customers also visit our shop for custom blazers and modern outfits that are not commonly stitched by regular ladies designers.
To ensure comfort and assistance, we have two female staff members in our office who handle customer assistance and billing. We also provide a separate trial room for customers to change their clothes privately.
During fittings, customers change their clothes only inside the trial room. After coming out, our staff assist with wearing the blazer and checking the fit in front of the mirror. This process helps our coat maker and staff identify any alterations needed to ensure a perfect fit. This is the same procedure we follow for both male and female customers.
If at any point our staff asked a customer to change clothes outside the trial room, that would indeed be unacceptable and against our policy. However, our standard process strictly respects customer privacy, especially since there are usually both male and female customers present in the shop at any time.
Regarding your comment about “defending negative comments,” our intention is not to argue but to understand what exactly happened during your visit so that we can guide our staff to improve customer experience if needed. We also believe it is important to clarify the situation for future customers who may read this review.
We truly value customer feedback and are always willing to improve our service. Thank you.
UPDATE: We have reviewed the CCTV footage on the mentioned day. We did not find anything like " NOT RESPECTING WOMEN PRIVACY" If you are reading these comments please come to our shop. Let's together find the guy who did not "RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY" and book a police complaint on that staff. And we will give you a Rs.10,000 reward for helping us to improve our business customer friendly. Also you can feel good.
In future if any shops "NOT RESPECTING YOUR PRIVACY" First you have to ask for an explanation. if they did not give any proper explanation then you can complain through reviews from real profile not from another person profile. This way businesses can identify fake competitors' reviews/complaints and can make their business process women friendly.

Stitching is Good, But Staffs are very rude money minded only, but one staff is good that person Suit stitching person I think old man he is only good, balance all are very rude , no respect for customers 🤬😞
