Have been giving my clothes here for stitching for almost a year now. The stitching quality is top notch and proper value for money.

I trusted this tailor with my Aari blouse, having already spent ₹4000–₹5000 on the embroidery. Instead of handling it with care, they stitched it in a way that damaged the Aari work completely. When I raised my concern, I was met with casual, dismissive responses like “What do you expect me to do now?” and “I only do it for you
The attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was even told I should “beg” for a fix. After charging ₹750 for stitching, they refused to take responsibility and told me they’ll only do normal blouses next time. Needless to say, there won’t be a next time..
She has a separate team or members for a aari work.she told me that but i gave it outside she had that grudge in her mind and did a such a cheap things..(bloody worst behavior).

Welcome first time, abuse from 2nd time afterwards!
Ladies at home have been giving clothes to stitch and alteration work. They were very courteous at first, subsequent visits the service had gone to rock bottom.
1) Say one thing on phone and TOTALLY deny it in person: Either they say one thing in phone and when we follow up with visit, they totally deny what they have said on phone.
2) Customer service and Abusive words from the lady in-charge: As well as, behave totally abusive towards us (customers), as to why are we disturbing them, while they are at work? They ask us to come and get the finished work, when we arrive at shop thr story is turned against what they said earlier. They put thr blame on us entirely.
100% POOR Customer service and care.
3) What is the purpose of adult males in and near Trial rooms of ladies tailor?
Why are men in the same room as trial toom? It has been one male (relative or friend of Pinky owner), who ever it is, kindly go to next room where tailors are stitching.have some basic courtesy.
A family man, who has heard more complaints lately about Pinky than good things. Good stitching alone will not get you business. A courteous, polite customer

Hope the rude abusive attitude towards customers when we go in person is changed. We may have to change tailor.

Such a worse attitude I have ever seen. Too much attitude. As per your requirement she will not stich, She will design your blouse as per her wish. She will keep her husband inside the shop and will tell us to do trail. If you tell you are not comfortable also she has explanation for all.

Worst lady, my cloth was stuck with her for 3 years whenever I ask she tell us to come next time and one day when I yelled she deliberately asked me why i didn't follow her up such a stupid lady and makes worst design, no professional experience, such an lame person . Never give your clothes to her.
