It's been more than 10 years since I started giving blouses here. Usually they about a week to 10 days for aari work blouse. If given that time they do best work . The finish is very neat. Never going back to any other shop. I have seen few negative reviews about the shop but I personally haven't faced anything. Once my mom's blouse was made a very deep back neck which was a measurement mistake (which never happened before or after that) yet she reworked it gracefully without any additional charges. The blouse looked prettier than what we expected. You give a photo they can exactly replicate the same design, texture and colour. Any special occasion always heading up to Miss Hema

What kind of behavior is this towards customers? How do you expect to retain or attract customers with this attitude? This is completely inappropriate.
My friend gave her blouse for stitching on March 31st, and even as of today April 17th, it has not been completed. At the very least, you should communicate properly with customers.
Please do not recommend this place to anyone. There have already been many complaints about this tailor shop. The way she spoke to my friend was very rude and unprofessional.
Now, she has simply returned the blouse material without stitching anything. This is unacceptable.

This is one of the worst tailor shops I have ever visited. Extremely poor customer service and zero professionalism. The staff behavior is completely unacceptable — they speak very rudely and argue instead of helping customers. I felt very disrespected throughout my visit. The quality of work is also disappointing and not worth the money at all.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place if you value your time and respect. There are much better and more professional tailoring shops available. Very bad experience.

Rude Rude Rude......ot seems they are not happy being a tailor hence show out all their insecurities on their client.
Have to take the most expensive yet simple work and accept the day the tailor delivers with or without proper fittings which depends on your luck and pay without asking a single question. If asked she will start playing victim card,you know my tailor stiched it even though she/he being sick,then why would you say shoulders not fitting.

Costly to the core for the work they do.. I recently got my bridal blouse designed with too much minimal work for 15K which is not as expected for the cost. I would not recommend this shop! Waste of money

I had the worst customer experience here. They stitch blouses with good fit, salwars are very very bad and they do not know to treat customers with care and do not know the meaning of punctuality. I gave my blouse for Diwali and I got it for New year after multiple follow ups. And when I went back to them for alterations, they say that we are over time and they cannot alter our dresses. They just don't bother and state that they are busy with other orders. They can delay their delivery to N number of days and when we go back for alterations they ignore you. The people are not humble and the tailors keep changing. I was once suggesting this place to my friends but now with the recent 2-3 times I went to them, the services were very bad. There are several other talented tailors who respect you and treat you well. Please keep away from this place and don't trust their words. They miss a lot of things on our fits and you need to keep pestering them to get things right. This place needs to train and build on customer care relationship.

I really had very worst experience here. I gave my daughter's gown for stitching and they entirely spoiled them and the dress is now no use. I lost more than 4k (stitching and dress cost) for it. That owner lady is very arrogant and she is not treating customer with patience. When I asked her about it, she is shouting if you want, you can stitch otherwise you can leave.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this woman. She was incredibly rude, and her behavior and attitude were downright appalling. She completely destroyed the blouse we gave her for stitching, causing all the aari work stones to fall off. When we confronted her to fix it, she responded with shocking rudeness. Its infuriating to think about the money wasted, but her arrogant and dismissive response to her own mistakes is beyond unacceptable.

Very rude behaviour and zero professionalism. Never delivered on time and it takes forever for alterations. No proper response if asked about delivery. Have to visit store 10 times for getting a single blouse stitched. Owner lady shows too much attitude and doesn't know how to treat customers kindly. Will never visit again. Worst experience EVER.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this individual. She was extremely rude, and her behavior and attitude were unacceptable. She completely ruined the blouse we gave her for stitching, causing all the Aari work stones to fall off. When we asked her to fix it, she responded rudely. I can overlook the money wasted, but her response to her mistakes was intolerable.

Very poor blouse stitching, I gave three blouses for stitching out of which one was silk. But very poor finishing though they charge premium tailor rate.None of the three is stiched neatly with shapes.

Being new to Velachery i was little skeptical about this shop however, they did a excellent job. I am super satisfied with the fitting and their stitching is great.
Need to improve on their delivery service. Got my blouses four days after the specified delivery time. This shouldn't be a big problem (if you remind them once or twice) as they exceed expectations with their stitching.

The tailor has too much attitude and always charges extra at delivery. Designer blouses are too costly and the designs aren’t worth for that money.I’ve stopped going there.

I did my bridal blouse here and she promise me that she will do it in 3 days but she took 7 days and got it a day before my wedding. It needed several changes and came out ok after these changes. Too tiring. Then my gaghra stitching needed to change the fit for 6 times and I am giving up on this place. Never going there again.

I would give a no stars review if I could. But here goes. I have given my daughter's clothes she stitched one two sizes too big and another two too small, I had to go shopping for a decent pair for her for the festival.
Upon that the attitude of the employees there is sarcastic, incompetent and worse rude! The work that she did on my daughter's pavadai is subpar and very minimal and she collected a whopping 3k from me. Both the wife and husband almost came onto me when I complained the same. Making very crude gestures, I hate this place now with a passion. It just spoiled my whole month!!!

They came to my rescue when I was looking to get a blouse stitched in the last minute for a family event . I have to say Hema did a grand job with both my blouse and the bridal blouse with exquisite workmanship and delivered it in 3 days !!!! Not to mention that the work did not go unnoticed at the event by both family and friends. Kudos to you and your team hema and be rest assured that you now have another loyal customer!

Hema, the owner is a wonderful person. She gives the right ideas and gives us the space to come up with our own ideas as well. Before delivering the product she makes sure the customer tries it and is completely satisfied with it.
On another note, she is a strong business women who manages a lot of staff. Excellent leadership skills! Definitely a person to look up to.

Definitely wouldn't recommend.Worst customer handling. Had very bad experience where she spoiled my new white levis jean which I gave for ankle fit alteration but what i received is cropped fit. Total inseam of the Jean is 30 inches where after alteration it is only 23 , she had cut 7 inches and when approaching for the same she wouldn't attend us too. We got to find she dint even alter that according to the taken measurement when referring to that measurement book. After we reached next day, without our knowledge she adjusted that to hide the mistake she made and was sending her entire family to argue. Money minded. Just for minor three alterations she charged Rs. 400. She doesn't have the patience to attend the customer or atleast the courtesy to apologise for her mistakes. Worst ever experience for me.

The best fashion specialist...Our relationship with Stitchz is more than 14 years and we really enjoyed her style and designs. I would say all our three generations are stitching here. Only she can make a very simple dress to look better and even best with her creative designs and neat stitching. This place is very nice for stitching and little bit costly. But, u never regret for giving a try. In this place, i have almost given 10 blouses and multiple salwars for stitching. They never disappointed me with their perfection...not even single remark i have seen in their stitching. Give it a try and u will become a regular customer to this place even if u think it's costly.

At first, I was unsure about writing a review, but then I decided to do so, hoping that it might help others. For the sake of privacy, let's call the person I'm talking about Mrs. X. In 2022, Mrs. X underwent a mastectomy, and as a result, she felt depressed because she could no longer wear sarees as the blouse didn't fit her the way it used to. Mrs. X was someone who loved wearing sarees of all colors, and it was tough to see her in such a state. I tried everything I could to help her, including seeking medical help and trying other methods, but nothing worked. That's when I took her to see Hema ma'am, whom I've known for the past 20 years. Hema ma'am took all the measurements and stitched a blouse for Mrs. X. When Mrs. X tried on the blouse, she was so happy that she cried. It was an emotional roller coaster for everyone involved. In short, I would like to express my gratitude to Hema ma'am for all her efforts in making her customers happy. She is truly a great person who can connect with her customers both physically and mentally. If anyone is going through a similar situation, I hope this review will help.

Worst tailor shop in Velachery. Giving your materials here is risky, firstly they will never ever give it on time n if u plead for it as u hav a function the next day , they will treat you poorly. Was totally disappointed with their service. I gave my blouse almost 10 days earlier & it wasn't ready even the previous night of the function. Then within 1 hour, they did a shabby work & handed it to me n took the whole payment.
Will never ever recommend this place. Learn to treat ur customers well or else u will lose everyone n eventually shut down!

I had very very bad stitching of my blouse..she said she had 15yrs of experience but she doesn't know how to stitch a blouse.i spent 5,250rs for one blouse completely money minded.i gave her different design she stitch different different one simply waste.even a small shop would stitch better. . when someone is investing money try to respond properly she doesn't know how to treat a coustomer..I had very very bad experience.. never waste money going to this botique..very bad..she doesn't even know how to stitch a saree fall too.. worst worst worst tailor

If Zero is there, i would give zero rating for this shop. worst service and no customer satisfaction. When giving clothes to stitch, that lady (owner) will accept what we say and used to say ok ok. Then finally when we going to collect the stitched clothes, it ll not be like what we said. It will be like how they like to work and upto what they know.
Mostly money minded talk. My suggestion is like please avoid at max to reach this stitchz velachery shop.

I had bad experience with this tailor, the owner is rude when I asked to alter the dress which they stitched. I gave 3 salwars and 2 blouse, nothing was perfect and they delivered late. Costly and not recommended

Worst Customer response.. Worst attitude. Horrible service.. worst staff behavior. the owner speaks so sweet as though she is the best tailor in this city . But what is promised and what is delivered is totally different.. its so so horrible and awful.. Especially when you give some bridal sarees they promise something and do something else and justifies telling it was mentioned by us.

Year 2013.Was new to Velachery.Chanced upon StitchZ as had to get a dress stitched for an occasion.Was impressed with the outcome.And then the many visits till today (I am no longer in Velachery) has continued for all regular,casual and special occasions.
Hema Maa'm will suggest the best for you always.She knows ,just because something looks good may or may not suit all.

Looks like, they have never ever heard the terms "Customer Service" and "Respect"... Rude to the core... They can't shout at the customers directly, so, they scream at their loudest voice to their employees, which obviously shows, that abuse is for us... They are very much affordable, but only those who can own a BMV... Note : This is my personal experience and they gave me a lifetime memorable "worst Customer Service"...
