I have never experienced customer service this disrespectful from a tailor. Instead of treating customers with courtesy and professionalism, this tailor regularly humiliates and belittles people who come in for alterations. Asking simple questions is met with rude remarks, condescending comments, and an attitude that makes customers feel unwelcome. A tailor’s job is not just about stitching clothes—it’s also about helping clients feel comfortable and confident. Unfortunately, this tailor seems to have forgotten that. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed about their body, clothing choices, measurements, or budget. The workmanship might be replaceable, but basic respect is not. There are plenty of skilled tailors who know how to treat people with dignity. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being spoken to in a rude and humiliating manner.
