They have very. Good shop and. Set up but tailors are not good . Just running shop on what the name they earned in last few years . Totally spoiled my clothes.
Stitching finishing is not good Made cross stitching in pants and on shirt irregular size . Totally not matching with measurement of what they take and stitch. They stitch on their own. Totally wasted my 4000/- rupees . They say they have experienced tailors for stitching . But they cannot even make strait line stitching properly. OVERALL WORST TEAM ,Don't waste your money. Don't estimate them with Google reviews. Pls see all the reviews . Lot of one star reviews are available.DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Very poor custome service .Tailor on both branch are full of attitude and rude in both branch in kakkan street and Indranagar selaiyur. They call themself professional but donno how to talk to customer. They are hesitant to take alteration and force to stitch new . The best way to reach is to do service required and requested and make them stitch new ,and get reference ,and sustain the reputation gained.I was shuttled between both branch. Tailor was jumping from earth to sky ,worst behaviour.Even though you are professional in the industry ,the arrogant nature of tailors will let your reputation down .

This is in a very key location in Tambaram west and the tailoring work has been done very nicely and they know their job very well. I gave some clothes for stitching and they have done it very nicely and according to my expectations and requirements. So I feel that they have the necessary experience for this. Also, delivery was on time (I had called on the delivery date and confirmed that it was ready).

Worst tailoring. They have ruined cloth material bought for worthy sum. Gave clear cut instructions when giving measurements what to do, what not to do, but their understanding was only upto their capacity which I didn't know. They stitched similar to table cloth, instead of stitching customised shirt. No proper follow up, no notification, clearly waste of time & money

Been here twice for Stitching my clothes.
1st time they did their job well.
2nd time there were minor measurement errors,was a bit disappointing but they fixed it on the spot gave me a perfect suit.
My overall experience is okay, only thing man made errors can be rectified by changing employee and I suppose they would have fixed it.

Very poor service,I gave my uniform pant it's worst stitching, they messed my uniform cloth,and price was very high , employees not behaving professionally .They are not professional Tailor,so don't go this kind of shop and don't waste your money.

Unprofessional behavior. Slow service. Grew big too fast. Delay in delivering at said date. When asked why not informed in advance, spoke very rudely. Recommend not to go there. So many smaller tailors who do better work and deliver on time. Please do not go.

Very bad experience. Shirts shoulder was very big and the tailor was not even accepting that this was his mistake. He blames you for his own mistakes.
Not just me, I have seen many customers comes and shouts at their staffs .
Finally, one another tailor had accepted that mistake and has altered mistake.
