If there is an option for zero or negative stars, I would have preferred those. These ppl are pathetic, lazy and totally irresponsible and disrespectful. Just to take measurements the lady who spoke to me on the phone kept evading me for 2 weeks straight. She could have told me 'no' if they are not willing to take up the order rather than make me wait for hours and days. I don't know about their tailoring but clearly they don't value anyone. Whoever their 'madam' is who is super busy 24/7 should understand that everyone else also have valuable time and work to do. I don't usually post negative reviews but the way I was disrespected and ill treated forces me to share my bad experience. I would never ever try this place nor remotely even refer to anyone.

Ishanas boutique is just awesome ❤️, we have been stiching here for past 6 yrs . They deliver on time with perfect finishing and fitting . And they are doing great work towards aari blouses nd customized dress . We love working with them ✨. . she is soo kind nd she need more coustomer satisfaction . They never annoyed us at any pandamic situation . I have suggested my frds nd my neighbours .. Thanks for making my occasion more beautiful with your prefect outfit 👗.

I had given my saree blouse (3no.) to stitch; they told me that it will be ready for delivery only after 3weeks because of pongal I agreed and went there on that day they mentioned. They told me that some reasons and delayed my delivery. I am going y receive it after 5 weeks from the day I had given to them. They never made me a single call for the updation. Worst service even though they had computerised system

Worst experience, gave blouse for stitching. Took measurements incorrectly but did not accept for free alteration (instead made us pay 100 Rs.) nor did they accept their mistake. Not recommended. They did not show respect nor accepted their mistake and instead blamed us and gave us lousy reasons. We lost 2.7k Rs because of their carelessness. Even after correcting the blouse it was not fitting and completely unwearable. I suggest you not to go to this shop. Overpriced, overrated and definitely not worth the cost. Edit: 1. The main point is not about the Rs. 100 on alteration. The issue here is the poor fitting. 2. If you are claiming that my body measurements have changed, why were you not able to show the measurements taken initially to check with the blouse, even after asked repeatedly (which was ignored)? The blouse did not even fit even on November 2024. (Now if you are able to show the dates of delivery, why didn't you show the data?) 3. The person in front claimed that princess cut will be like what was given. But the cups did not even sit on the band/rib cage even after alteration. When I lift my arms, should the innerwear be visible? She was unable to justify the reason properly. This is not what any blouse should be fit. 4. Nothing can be done with the blouse, you have completely ruined it. That is why we left. Anyway, you have disrespected and did not value us as a customer.

I have given my blouses for stitching after seeing the good reviews. They spoiled my two blouses. I had to come several times for alterations, still they couldn't do the alterations properly. Finally I fed up with them and left. I had to pay even the stitching charges. Worst tailor. Please give genuine reviews. Don't mislead the people.

I have got many blouses stitched from here and there is no looking back. The best fit i have ever got. My sister also got her salwar stitched from here. It always has a good fit and same as what we ask for. The only con is that you have high waiting time before the dress is stitched. But i think wait is worth as the outcome is very good.

Firstly, it is not delivered in the delivery date and they asked me to collect some other day even after they didn’t call me and inform that your dress is ready to collect. I think the body measurements is not taken properly so the blouse is not fitting for me and due to late delivery I don’t have alteration time it’s very disappointing. It’s totally not worth for the money I would prefer local tailor who deliver according to our time and requirements. They spoiled mine and my sister blouse literally.

Extremely disappointing experience! I entrusted them with material for a long gown with ari work in late October, but it remains unstitched to this day. Despite numerous follow-ups, they merely stated it was 'in process.' They failed to keep their promises and, worse still, caused me to break my promise to my daughter. To add insult, when I finally got my material back, it was unstitched and returned without any apology or remorse. Unreliable and untrustworthy service. Zero stars!
