Very worst experience. They stitch school uniform with wrong measurements and given for the alteration but didn't do it any alternation kept aside and always waited more than 30 min just for searching dress

Imagine how it could it be if you give just 2 uniform trouser to stitch and it cost around Rupees-1050. I understand there is some labor cost, rent and stuff and they took hell amount of time to just stitch uniform trouser for 6 days and that too measurement is not good.Do not go there

Worst tailoring and customer care, not stitching the dresses according to the measurements, no proper fittings. Your material will be wasted if you go here. No proper response also if you are not able to finish the order at correct time with proper stitching then don't accept order. Staff behaviour also not good they are not ready to rectify the defect instead of they ask you come some other time, very bad.😡😡

I have been a dedicated patron of this establishment for the past 14 years, but I must express my deep disappointment with the tailoring service I received last week. The craftsmanship on my suits was below par, with even the button holes being inadequately stitched. Furthermore, it appears that there is a significant lack of inventory management. Customers come to your store for personalized clothing, not to deal with your store's problems and substandard workmanship.
Paying 4.5k for the tailoring of a single blazer and receiving such poor service is truly disheartening. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.

Youngsters, don't go to this place for stitching. Very poor stitching, measurements taken were very inappropriate. Final stitching output was very much disappointed to my expectations. Not worth with their stitching cost. Don't waste your dressing material here.

Worst customer service & tailoring competence.
Had a Raymond's cloth stiched here for a pant and a shirt but they spoiled both. Poor stiching competence.
Shirt was over sized and Pant was too tight. When asked for alteration they just give the excuse of being busy all time, ignorant of customer issues.
Further their inventory management is very poor. Stiched cloths are spread all over and they take 15-20 mins to search during delivery.

I have purchased a cloth in dolpin textiles itself and given for stitching ( half sleeve shirt) .they spoiled anything like tat , actually they are cutting the cloth and send for stitching ( outsourcing). So the quality is not consistent. Hands r too tight ,so I requested them for alteration ,they simply said it is not possible to do and left .worst behaviour and unprofessional.

Not good at all. Very egoistic. Won't listen to our requirements. Will stitch only they know how to stitch. They have their own measurements and will not adhere to the measurements taken. Very expensive. Not worth the money.

Very worst and stitching quality, At first then respond good but after we got the delivery and check our shirt means it'll be worst at the output, No response after that also for altering. So seriously am saying there's lot of good tailors in the city. Don't give this mad people's our materials they'll waste that for sure, Money waste energy waste and everything waste. So please please don't try for stitching here. Waste and useless people's.

Kids uniform stitching is pathetic specifically informed to take a little extra as he is growing however the result is they have reduced all sizes and trousers are not even entertaining his foot. Charges for stitching are exorbitant however output is very poor.

"I had three shirts and two pants stitched at this establishment. However, my experience with their service was disappointing. They initially promised alterations within two days, but upon visiting after the given time, I was informed they lacked manpower and asked to return the next day. The same situation repeated on the subsequent visit. My clothes were not ready, and I was told they would be prepared by the next day. This pattern persisted, with repeated assurances that my items would be ready by certain dates, none of which were met.
Regrettably, my trust in their commitment was misplaced. What compounded my disappointment was the rude response I received from the person on duty when I visited on Tuesday. This experience has left me unsatisfied and questioning the professionalism of their services.
It is my hope that my feedback helps the business recognize the importance of timely and respectful customer service. I believe in providing opportunities for improvement, and I sincerely hope that my future experiences, as well as those of others, will be more positive."

Phant Stitching Cost 725/- But no worth for stiching..waste of money after i stictched My phant in this dolphin tailor shop .... phant not into my thigh .....very tight.. i cant wear it.... very bad and worst experience.. i had make a call they simply told come at afternoon 1pm we try to alter the phant.. They think we are jobless people... if i come afternoon 1pm i wil take leave oneday office to come... Total waste....

They have a wide range of materials both stitched and unstitched shirtings and suitings fabrics for both men and kids and also a greater tailoring unit with great workers to make sure the stitching/altering is done within the due date with affordable price in the market.

Good for suits. Don't buy 1+1, free stitching offer or any offers. Only limited cloth available for offer and they are miser with the length of cloth if there is a offer. Very fast with suits

Professional for political parties.... Perfect for formal trousers n white shirts.. Committed delivery.. Parking is very difficult you have to park the car on road and keep an eye on the car all the time...

The staffs are very responsive. The delivery was prompt. One of the tailor destination in Tambaram. They are specialized even in stitching coats, blazers. Located in the very busy road of Tambaram West this place is located adjacent to Vasantha and Co. Since the service was exceptionally well and the delivery of the dress was prompt I have rated 5 stars for Dolphin textiles.
