Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I gave my blouse well in advance, and she clearly committed to delivering it on Saturday since I needed it for a special occasion on Tuesday. But only on Saturday, at the very last minute, she informed me that my blouse had not even been stitched and simply returned it to me. Because of this irresponsible behavior, I was left with no time to find another designer, and now I’m forced to settle for a simple design since nobody is ready to take up my expected work at the last minute. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any business before. She completely wasted our time and ruined an outfit I had planned specially for an important occasion. If she is unable to manage orders because of personal commitments or workload, you should temporarily stop taking customers instead of giving commitments you cannot fulfill. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Such an unprofessional business!!!

The design was spoiled, and all the excitement and effort she had put into choosing it went in vain. We had paid for the work, but it was a total waste of money. Tailoring—especially for women—is not just about stitching. It’s about fulfilling their dreams for special occasions. Girls are very sensitive when it comes to how their blouses look and fit. This kind of careless and unprofessional work is unacceptable. No proper response, no responsibility taken. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values quality, emotion, and their hard-earned money. Please think twice before trusting Ayil Tailoring studio with your important outfits.

The Aari work on the blouse and knot was neat precise, and beautifully detailed. If you want something perfect for your special day, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ayil.
