I recently made a purchase from this store after coming across their Instagram profile. I specifically requested premium white shirt materials and was assured of the quality, paying 900 for each. Unfortunately, after just one wash, the fabric developed patches and deteriorated significantly.
Given that I spent close to 40,000 for three suits, the quality fell far short of expectations. I believe I could have received far better value and durability from well-known branded options. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to others seeking high-quality fabric or premium garments.

Avoid this shop at all costs! The staff treat customers with zero respect—like you're not even worth their time. The moment you pick out a dress, they demand 100% payment upfront, before you even get the product. I've never seen such a ridiculous and untrustworthy policy anywhere else. We spent nearly 20,000 here and were still forced to pay in full before receiving anything. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Shop here only if you want to be disrespected and ripped off.

Have been stitching dresses for last 15 years. Till the owner Mr. Ananda Kumar. Everything is ok. Now the situation is very bad. No proper response and staffs are so rude. Not happy with their service. Kindly check and improve your good service. Else people will move to alternative shops. Mr. Ananadakumar pl address the same.

I had a frustrating experience with my order.
I ordered a pant on May 24, 2025, with a promised readiness date of May 31.
Usually they will be sending a message or they will call us when our order is ready but I didn't get any info on that so i waited for 2 days and I called on June 2, without prior intimation they kept my order on hold due to school uniform prioritisation. When I requested a cancellation and refund, the reception lady gave the Phone to an older gentleman and he asked me to come in two hours to pick up my pants.
Upon arrival, the fit was incorrect and required adjustments they rushed for my order as I asked for a cancellation and refenud, and I was told it would be ready in two days. It feels like they expect me to be available at all times. I had to leave work to pick them up, only to face another delay.
It’s frustrating to deal with delays only to find out they will take even longer. The staff kept repeating that my pants would be ready in two days and they are not even ready to speak with me when I ask questions. We’re paying full price, yet they show a lack of responsibility. If school uniform orders are prioritised, they shouldn’t have committed to my timeline. The receptionist need to learn how to behave with the customers.At the initial stage of buying cloth and taking measurements the old man will speak in a very friendly manner when I was speaking with the receptionist for my delay he didn't even turned my side to answer my question.Customers shouldn’t be expected to adjust for delays after paying full price. everyone will be busy and everyone will be having a top priority work / event in their life we are leaving that and coming to get our order and the result is order is delayed.when the order is delayed the shop is expecting like whatever it is you come after two days sir we will give sir now we cannot do anything

Worst tailor shop I have ever seen. I gave clothes to stich kurta paijama here on 23,10.24, the commitment date was 30.10.24. On 29th they called me said that their staff has cut the paijama wrongly due to which cloth is damaged and asked me to bring new cloth piece. After arguing they accepted thier fault and got agreeed to buty cloth and stich it.
On 4.11.24 when I visited shop to collect the dress, the paijama was yellow color, while i gave them pure white cloth. Such a stupid customer service team they have.
Also the stiching quality is very poor.
Worst decision to choose them.

Just for 3 pants I had visited 3 trails and 3 trails worst experience in stitching & timing mis match .
Finally I given a sample model . In the 4 trial & delivery , they have made upside down .

Stitched a suit from this store for my father. The staff here are typical salespeople and their only intention is to keep pushing you to buy.
We paid the full amount upfront and after the money was received, they were only trying to make us accept whatever they had stiched. They would try to keep convincing you to take the product as it is without any further alterations.
Men's Parc, Kodambakkam is a much better alternative to this store

Mixed experience. Stitching cost is comparatively lesser than other tailors but the time taken for delivering my blazzer was more than expected. Even on the committed day I waited for more than 1.5 hours to get my work done.

Don't waste your time. They told they will deliver by 4pm. Called them and they said they will give by 7pm. We went around 8pm and they made us wait. Still waiting. They don't keep up their promise. Stitching is also bad. Response is very bad. I suggest not to go.

Its not for youngman.. It should be oldman tailor... My wedding suit was stitched here and it didn't fit me well..the design looked like a old man's suit.. Very old fasioned. Told him the same during trial, but they refused to change the design of the coat. Instead they pointed on me saying I should have said those before stitching and nothing can be done now.. How do they expect a common man to know everything about coat.. On my marriage day I found out the stitches were worn out near shoulder area and they were clearly visible to everyone. It was embarrassing.. Worst decision ever to stitch a coat here. I called them after the function and there response would make you more irritated. They all have big mouths but makes no sense.. Dont waste your money here.

Worst tailor. Instead of concentrating in stitching, pushing the customers to purchase cloth material sell by them.
Despite giving model pant unable to stitch the new pant as per the model pant. After many alterations the pant was spoiled.

This review is with respect to the experience we had with Young Miss tailor shop which is another branch of Young Men tailor.
Recently gave 2 silk sarees to stitch blouse and saree falls. When they returned the sarees, both the sarees were cut in various places with scissors. They claimed that they didn't do it and we had purchased a damaged saree. In fact both the sarees were purchased in two different shops. The sarees are expensive. Lady staff was not responding properly. Worst part is we had to pay for stitching.

Worst, right from the beginning till the delivery. When I first entered itself someone was complaining about the fitting. I might have walked out that moment.
When it's come to me, they have trainee master or someone who was trying to make measurement. Then one more person took measurement again. Correcting precious measurement. Themself suggested trial before delivery.
When I went for trial, it actually ready for delivery. Forget pant fitting, they couldn't make it shirt itself. Both pant and shirt needed correction. Still it is not made right.
I couldn't not use the shirt., Pant is not comfortable while sitting.
All the money and time are WASTE.
