I had an excellent experience at Suit Lounge in Chennai. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
I was on a tight schedule since I’m flying back north today, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready in time. The turnaround was impressively quick without compromising on quality, and they paid great attention to every detail to ensure the suit fit perfectly.
A special thank you to Leena (Stylist) and Akhlaq (Junior Pattern Master) who took amazing care of me and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication really stood out.
I’d highly recommend Suit Lounge to anyone looking for quality tailoring and outstanding customer service in Chennai. I’m already looking forward to coming back in a few months or next year to have more suits made!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The entire Suit Lounge team provided expert advice and counseling. Much care and effort was taken with the custom measurements and fitting including photos from all angles. Traveled from Charleston South Carolina USA to Chennai for work and so happy I found this place. Two sports coats, pair of trousers, 2 short sleeve shirts, 3 long sleeve linen. Samyuktha was my design consultant and she knocked it out of the park. I’m already looking forward to a return trip for more uber custom clothing. Pricing was a fraction of what custom clothing costs in the USA across the pond.

Really large collection of fabrics and truly amazing service. the stylists are extremely professional and they know they're stuff. The fit is exceptionally great, it makes you feel great whenever you Wear them. they also provide a complimentary post delivery care program offering life time free dry clean for their clients. 100% will recommend suit lounge for business formals and wedding ceremonial wear. They're on the premium side of the pricing when compared to most of the other brands but its worth every penny.

Very pleasant experience at Suit Lounge. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible to work with your every request. Leena, my stylist, was a pleasure to work with. Very creative with her ideas understanding customer preferences and helped me pick up subtly popping business wear which I wanted. Akhlaq, the master tailor, was detail oriented to the level required and the first fitting was nearly just-right. Pleasure to work with him. Very satisfied with the final product!

They made this process very easy and took care of everything in great detail . Especially Leena understood what I aimed for and designed it in detail and akhlaq brought it to reality. I was looking to get a suit stitched for my sister’s wedding and, while searching on Google, I came across Suit Lounge. Before visiting them, I had tried two to three other suit designers, but my experience at Suit Lounge stood out.
When I walked in, I had very little knowledge about suits and was unsure how I would select a design that looked elegant and well-fitted. However, the experience turned out to be excellent—especially thanks to Sam, who was truly exceptional.
Sam patiently took the time to explain every detail, helped me choose the right colour, and guided me through the entire process. She personally handled the design details of my coat and ensured everything was done to perfection. From selection to trial sessions, her guidance was consistent and reassuring.
I strongly recommend Suit Lounge for bridal and wedding suits. If you’re working with Sam, you can be completely stress-free and confident that you’re in great hands

I found out about Suit Lounge through a friend of mine. Recommended them to me for their quality and customer service.
I wanted to get a Linen suit for my wedding and it was in time crunch, they managed to get it done within 3days. Exactly what I was looking for and tailored perfectly to fit me.
The whole team was so professional and passionate about what they do and it shows in the way they treat their customers.
Anu was so patient and accommodating with all our requests and explained about the different materials. She was so helpful in choosing the right material, colour and fit for my suit.
Sanjivi was so so helpful in making sure we get our clothes in hand on time and in perfect condition. He managed to keep things in control even when Chennai’s unpredictable traffic and road conditions.
Aklakh did such a wonderful job in making my suit fit me perfectly. So glad he was able to get my vision and bring to life. Highly talented, clam and composed person.
Samyuktha was very accommodating and answered all our questions, explained things clearly and handled the financial part well as I had to pay from another place instead of in person.
Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend Suit Lounge and team!

A special mention to Leena — such a dedicated and intuitive stylist. She really understood my personality and what I was aiming for, and translated it beautifully into the fit and structure of the suit. The trial itself was a complete confidence boost.

Good workmanship. But attention to detail and customer service not great. When I ordered my suit I asked for a Monogram to be done and then when going to collect they hadn’t even done. Told the guys I need this and they said they would fix and send. When I got back home, it still had not been done. They had this in their order and still
forgot to do. When I bought this to their attention they said they have contacts overseas and will get done. After nearly a month now I am still waiting for this and have sent follow up messages with no return messages. Extremely disappointed with this as I paid good money for the Suit.

Been wanting to write this for more than 6 months. But did not get the time.
Very bad place. My husband and me went and there was one of this founder, who was very rude to us. Forgot her name. She has been trying to behave like she knows everything, but that attitude will not land a customer. She has to behave a little better friendly if she needs more customers.
I would suggest to go with ready made suits to getting it stitched from them.
I do not recommend their place for suits.
