Very worst and unsatisfied experience I've felt here they will not followed the commands what we given and they will not delivered on proper time I've never been seen this like service in my life

Worst experience ever . They totally spoiled my half saree which I bought for my brothers wedding made me come for 4 times first they stitched the blouse 2 size extra and when asked they altered it and made it even more awkward looking ( they charge 500 rupees for a simple blouse with no design or anything and didn’t even pay attention to the measurements while stitching when I clearly gave them my measurements in person ) . on top of this they didn’t pay attention to my length of the skirt and stitched it bigger then asked me to come again when I went the fourth time it was tighter now and they asked me to come 5 th time and also delayed till the day before my brothers wedding and spoilt the whole dress both top and skirt was very bad the skirt was short on the right side and long on the left side ( it was a semi stitched skirt yet they charged me 400 for them to spoil it ) I looked like a clown in my brothers wedding after spending all that money and time . They also totally spoilt my moms blouse and they didn’t even stitch the second blouse my mom has given even though we went a day after the delivery date just so that this doesn’t happen but they delayed again and asked us to wait for 2 hours . If you want to waste your money , time and mental peace this place is just perfect for that .

Irresponsible behaviour. Being a mom of 2 year old, I had to go 4 times for a single dress. Dress was not stitched according to my instructions, they stitched according to their comfort. Simple piping and alterations also they can't do properly. 1 star also waste for them

Had very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I gave my two sarees one is silk and another one is desiner to stitch a gown. Tho I delivered my second child I did some modifications for my gown like feeding zip and elbow sleeves back neck knot.The lady in tat shop was simply mentioned everything in a note as fast as she can. I have spent more than one hour for my dress to tell the details and it was totally waste of time....I gave my dress on Oct end and it was delivered by Dec 12 one gown is back ziped wit no knot.totally wasted how I can feed. no proper response very disappointed 😞fed up of calling them every time for dispatch time and money wasted

They mentioned as boutique, but does not mean it. Wasted my new dress. They took the measurments, but while stictching it was way too small. They did alterations and totally ruined it.

She is just aiming on maintaining her boutique name not on the work or quality she provide ..They r confident only on the work they hav in thier catlouge ...The staffs working their r ready to accept new order (coustamised design) but she (the owner)hav no guts to accept new designs
Prices are also comparitevly high than other places... I hav also experienced rude way of approch for the past 2 time by the staff named Banu
