I would not recommend this shop. Please don't be misled by the positive reviews like I was. I had a very disappointing experience. I gave a few kurtas, saree-to-lehenga conversions, and blouses for stitching.
Firstly, the prices were quite high—₹425 for kids' kurtas without lining, ₹900 for a lined blouse, and ₹2000 for a lehenga. Given the cost, I expected professional-quality work, but unfortunately, it fell far short. The workmanship was subpar and sloppy. The promised piping on the blouse was not done, and the overall stitching quality was very poor.
For the silk lehenga blouse, they used velcro, which completely ruined the look. Another blouse was stitched extremely tight, and despite repeatedly requesting a change from zip to hooks (which they agreed to), it was returned unchanged.
The kurtas were also disappointing—no hooks or buttons for easy wear, making it difficult for my kids to use them.
In the end, I spent close to ₹9000 and felt completely let down. The quality of the final products did not match the price or expectations.
Please be cautious before choosing this shop.

Every customer has unique preferences, so we kindly request to mention any special requirements (such as zips, buttons, or specific finishes) be mentioned when handing over the cloth. If not specified, we follow the general standard stitching method — for example, kurtis are normally stitched without zips and buttons.
In the case of your lehenga with coat, we used velcro as per the design demand. Unfortunately, there was limited time to revise based on your later preferences. However, we still made the changes you requested and will always be happy to adjust to ensure your satisfaction.

Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by a friendly lady with a contagious smile. Her humble nature made me feel instantly at ease. She efficiently took my measurements and noted down all the details meticulously.
My experience with Pretty Lady Shop has been so positive that I would highly recommend them to others. In fact, my only suggestion would be for them to consider opening a branch in a main location. This way, many more customers could benefit from their exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Before visiting this shop I used to wear only readymade blouses. My friend referred this shop as the fitting of readymades were not so perfect. I just started gave one piece as a test. Became really impressed on her work. The measures were obsolutely on dot and fitting were perfect. I am 70 yrs old. But still the tailor showed me many patterns and encouraged me to wear modern out looks. Which really looked beautiful. Now became a regular customer and I have stopped buying readymades.
Just try once and you will never let go of this place. I had stiched salwar sets for my daughter as well. Each piece stiched by the lady tailor is an unique art work and marvel.
The lady tailor was looking very simple and friendly. Calmly explaining the patterns and models. What ever she promised as per the model she has delivered in her work. Tough to find such a talent only people with born talent can deliver such a professional work in tailoring
My experience with Pretty Lady Shop has been so positive that I would highly recommend them to others.
