I've been getting my clothes stitched for many years now because I've never had a pair of pants that fit me perfectly until now. But this time, they did an amazing job. For the first time, a pair of pants fits perfectly and looks great... and the shirt is also good. The staff are polite and professional. Great customer service... very cool.

I recently gave my dress for stitching at this place. While the stitching quality itself was not an issue, I was disappointed that the tailor did not follow the style I clearly explained. Instead, he assumed his own design and stitched it the way he thought was best.
As a result, I had to visit the shop three separate times just for alterations. The owner was polite and respectful, but unfortunately, the staff behavior was not the same. Some of the workers act like they are the owners themselves. They seem to forget that it's customers like us and the owner who pay for their work.
I request the owner to kindly guide the staff on how to behave with customers and ensure proper communication. Respect and professionalism go a long way in customer satisfaction.

I went there to get pants stitched, instead of straight up agreeing or denying to it, kept beating around the bush, firstly said no, then said would take a month to get it ready and then said would be ready by next year. Never going back again.

I will not go to this shop again. They charge us more amount for their work! But we don’t have freedom to express what we need and to enquire which will look good for our body type. Usually tailors suggests us new designs according to our body shape and color. Very bad experience. Iam not happy with the stitching there. But I dint waste my time arguing there. Because she is elder than us and I don’t want to be disrespectful . Why should we pay more and not be satisfied. Hereafter will not go there.

One word to describe - terrible. The staff doesn't understand customer service, they are rude and unprofessional. They are not open to the younger generations wants and preferences. They want us to follow their preferences. The lady with short hair who helped me was really bad and rude. She didn't give good help and seemed useless and kept making outdated comments to my wants. She made us wait for no reason because she was busy on her phone chatting. The dress I got wasn't what I wanted. I said no lining on the sleeves, but they added it. The dress model was totally different from what I asked them to make.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Rakesh and his team. He was able to accommodate tight timelines with reasonable prices. Most importantly the workmanship was outstanding and they were also able make minor adjustments on the day of delivery without long waiting required. Thank you Rakesh and team!

Because of lack of proper tailors, i tried with this tailor again and again, every time problem. They hire workman and give clothes to them. So always you will have problem. Once wrongly stitched, cant make it exact again. Introduce some good tailors, please..

Trouser stitching is better. Didn't find a good stitch for shirts.. Owners attitude is very bad.. don't know how to communicate with the customers... Very bad approach.. The star rating is currently low due to attitude... can come down further low if the attitude is not set right..

They used to be good tailor shop around pursawalkam 10-8 Yeasrs back but not now ... Yes not now in 2020+era .
They will first ask you to buy clothes from their shop and if u get cloths bits from outside, they will show their attitude and blame on outside cloth, there are other good tailors close by this 1star tailor shop

Unsatisfied with the service.Gave my blouse for stitching.when i gave my garments the pattern shown for stitching was good but the output was horrible. Spoiled my two blouse. Only if u give heavy work and costly work they will give the perfection if not ull be unsatisfied. Will never ever try Rich &style ladies tailor.

Have stitched uniform from this place last year. This year again I went there. The tailor should understand that this is a place for business, and not to show differences. I'm a North Indian, I went up and spoke to them in Tamil. I was watching when they were talking to others with so much difference between tamilians and non tamilians. There is a priority for Marwadis, why? Anyways coming back to their profesionalism, they made us wait two days just because of some stupid query. They could have told that they can't take the assignment. Please change Bhai saab. Ur attitude won't help. You are in Tamilnadu. Not in Rajasthan or Gujarat. Respect the clients equally.

My horrible experience at Rich n Style men's section rainbow plaza, purasawalkam..
I had given dresses for stitching n i went to collect at 10.45 am.. A maid had just started cleaning the floors.. So they asked Me to wait outside till she finishes and the floor dries.. I had to stand outside for more than 20 mins in the hot sun.. So they value the cleaners more than their Customers.. They dont care if the customer comes back for stitching or not.. They are more bothered and givr value to their cleaner... Hate it.. I will ask my friends not to go there.. May be they assume they are the only tailors available in the entire world.. Got so irritated..and more than that the boys laugh at your back...Worst service i have ever seen
