The ombre-dyed bundi kurta you purchased was crafted using artisanal dyeing techniques. As explained earlier, we were quite helpless as well when you had brought the garment which was completely drenched in the rain. It basically caused the dye to transfer—a natural reaction with handmade and dyed fabrics, especially when paired with light-colored trousers.
Our team addressed this matter politely and professionally, and we hope you understand that we are not at fault for this unfortunate mishap. At Poshaak Bespoke, we value both our craftsmanship and our clients, and we’re always here to assist with any further queries.
