1. On order placing day itself, the shop owner was talking arrogantly. He's school recommended shop. I just avoided thinking of saving time by not hunting for dress material and stitching elsewhere. (My mistake)
2. While collecting the dresses, one piece was Missing. They asked me to visit another day.
3. Another day, I collected the missing dress. On trial at home found it too big. When asked him about the issue, he replied that he has done stitching as per the size given. What is meant by size given! The nonsense himself has taken the measurements and arguing that he's done correct job.
He is such a psycho that he's arguing on this point.

I went to alteration the dress for my son who is studying in maharishi. They are not ready to do it and asked me to come on 3 days later , as it's a alteration work . Alteration wouldn't be necessary if they had done proper work in the first place which is just couple of months back.
The lady who takes care of admin work says that she would not entertain alteration work. These people are so arrogant because they have so many school contract in place . Pretty sure they are gonna loose all their customer base with this kind of attitude

Must avoid at all costs. Tailor doesn’t know how to stitch properly.
Extremely arrogant staff and tailor.
Overpriced and poor jobs.
Extreme delay and multiple visits required. Others tailors charge 50% lesser and do better job than these people.

Worest customer service. Please avoid them. I had visited them today for my son's trouser alteration. The first question asked by the lady in reception was why do you come here? They are behaving like monopoly tailer for MVM school. Many parents were standing in que like school admission. We need find alternative for ARC. Will give the feedback back to school management. They don't stich as per the measurement. They have number for age & class and they match with it and not the actual measurements. We have to pay what ever they ask for. We don't know what is the cost of cloth, how much quantity needed, what is for stitching? Charges also very high compared to market price. Please share the alternatives if someone explored it

Dear sir,thanks for the review i will correct to the places where ever necessary.The trousers alteration is the one stitched one year back and very well used ,if i would start entertaining this there wont be time for me to work, iam not a alteration tailor.

Arrogant owner and does blunders in his work. Does a lot of loose talk and shows as if customers are his courtiers। Once you have paid an advance, keep visiting him and hearing his nonsense. See his response on the feedback reviews. I'm attaching a screenshot
