I had a very bad experience. The cost is too high, but the work is not worth it. They charged ₹800–900 just for stitching a single blouse, including pattern charges. I gave them a green blouse model to follow, but they didn’t stitch it correctly. They still added pattern charges and spoiled two of my blouses.

Hi, we dont charge for patterns without doing it,.When asked about the neck shape, you showed us the reference for the neck outline but expected us to do the work given in the image, without actually mentioning about it , for which we did not even charge . Our charges are based on the work we do. Thankyou .

I ask them to keep beats but they kept lace and for my backdrside so they itself decided and kept lace and I again told them to keep beats.For me doubt amunt I paid for lace and beats.For there mistake I paid doubt amount to them.Before stitching they have to mention they didn't do tat.Simply they kept.Worst experience

Very worst service. They have two phone numbers one wouldn’t work and the other nobody will pick up. They don’t have even basic responsibility. Owner not available at the shop and the workers don’t know what the promises given to the clients. Better not to choose.

Just now had a very bad experience with the staff working and there was only one person attending who isn't a tailor and when that person ask the tailor to step up and measure and to take a look at the clothes..the woman goes she feeling really lazy also this women kept on passing comments about why she has all cloths for alternation, tell her to go...thinking i won't understand there native language and I am standing there as a customer waiting for all this drama to unfold if we are respecting your time n efforts you should respect us also as well right and this tailor starts to raise voice when I told if this is how u treat customers i don't want to, by the time the owner steps in....no stand taken for the customer nothing, had explain myself to her as well... No civics sense WENT TO ANOTHER SHOP SHE IS READY TO DO THE WORK OWNER IS ALSO CONSIDER ATE AND RESPECTFUL REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE COMPARATIVELY...can't respect ur customer then what's the point:(

Very worst services,waste of money....did not stitch well worthless, my blouse stitching look like aged people..cost of rs.400 charged is not worth
Second one I gave umbrella material..they stiched very worst..they gave a delivery date and a day before the delivery they called me and said they did not have sufficient cloth need more cloth..it's very highly complicated..ita not a good manner of the professional tailors..anyhow I went to shop to search for the same cloth but its not there ..without choice I had to buy a cloth similar to the old one to give to stitch..it's not cool for the service for the customer.. the finishing was awkward.. Please avoid to save your money, time, energy

Firstly, we apologise for your negative experience.
It was a matter of insufficient material , we tried our best to stitch , unfortunately the material ended up being much shorter than we expected . There was no alternative design provided from you . And we are confident about the quality of our stitching & what we charge for it .

I’m extremely happy with my blouses! Myself ans my mom gave them pattern work, and they stitched every design perfectly. The fitting is excellent, and every detail has been done beautifully. The blouses fit my body perfectly, exactly the way I wanted. The finishing and quality of the work are outstanding.
