This place is amazing for stitching blouses and kurti sets. They will give complete satisfaction with their service . This is my second time here. i came to stitch my blouse. It came out really well and they also do alteration if there is any problem with the fit . Earlier i came here to stitch a kurti set materials that also came so gorgeous.

Professional and humble. Made my blouse within the time I asked. Pansy asked me to trial and suggest the alterations. They altered the blouse that moment and the fit was perfect. But I found the blouse making and putting the false in saree charges a bit on the higher end. Overall service was nice!

Very disappointed with the way our time is valued here. The first few alterations and service provided was good which made me go back to them . But the third visit to them was very disappointing . I gave my T shirt for a very simple alteration and shirting cloth for stitching a shirt with some specific instructions. They asked me one week time for completing the work. I tried to contact them over phone thrice after 10 days. They didn't respond. Hence, after two weeks I straightaway went to their shop. When enquired, they simply answered that the work was not attended to. More over, they forgot about the instructions given by me in regard to stitching. Very worst experience.
I went through your reply, which is 100 per cent UNTRUE. I didn't not expect such a lying statement from you.I have phone evidence.

I recently visited india and had just a couple of days before going back abroad. I did a quick google and reached out to pansy. The precision in taking measurements to the final output is super professional. I was able to reach them over whatsapp, and they ended up delivering my blouse 1 day prior to delivery date. Super professional, the stitching is top notch and most importantly the customer service is impressive. Will come back for more orders. 10/10

No bill was given even upon multiple requests
Edit: your "bill" is an Excel document with random numbers as per your wish. I have no idea if you pay the taxes for your business. You wanted me to talk about the service as well, so here you go. For one of the salwars, you did not cut the neck properly where the patchwork starts, and it's unusable now (attached pic) There was one which had so much material under the neck, that if I wear it, there are rashes from that extra material. I would give a zero star if I could.

Post my movement to Thiruvanmiyur was looking for a good tailor. Tailors by PR was recommended unanimously by couple of contacts. Stitched a pavadai top for my daughter, couple of salwar sets and blouse for my self. Happy with the outcome of all the dresses. Pancy is a talented person and she has got a passionate team who takes efforts to deliver with perfect fitting. Pancy took close to 45 mins to take my measurement as it was my first time and I am also on the heavier side. She gave proactive instructions to the team on where all they need to focus to bring in the right fitting. Good service and knowledgeable person. Will definitely recommend for anyone who needs a hassle free stitching.

This was a terrible experience. Pansy was exceedingly rude from the beginning, ignoring us and looking at her phone mid-conversation, and dismissing our requirements with her own ideas. We asked her for 4 items, and she managed to ruin all of them.
One kurti was much shorter than we wanted, and smaller in size. We had given very expensive silk fabric, in the quantity she said would be required. However, she gave a kurti that barely used half the fabric we had gotten. She refused to return the remaining fabric, saying that not a single strip remained.
When we visited the shop, she showed us a dress another client had ordered by trying it on. This is so rude and disgusting: if someone trusts you to make their clothes, you cannot break that trust by wearing their items. It is not so surprising to think that she would have hoarded our remaining fabric for herself. The size of the kurti and the amount of fabric we gave is vastly different, and I am sure she would have kept the rest for herself.
The other top was too tight, and not of the measurement we required. The fabric is very delicate, and the top is now unusable as it cannot be worn and removed without tearing.
The dress we asked for is also terrible. It is not at all in the pattern we asked for, and looks more like a nightie. We took most of Pansy’s suggestion for the dress, and when I pointed out the issue, she lied that she had told me it would not look nice, but I insisted on it. She also damaged the very expensive dress I had given her for the size by drawing on it.
We were also not informed about the prices beforehand. Despite asking multiple times during and after our conversation, Pansy did not mention any of the prices. She also did not respond to the message I sent afterwards asking for the price. She ignored my message to pick up the clothes on the committed date the date she told me they would be ready. I only could get clothes very late that too after too much reminder and that is also when she finally told me the prices. The prices are absolutely overcharged, and also not at all worth the quality of the clothes.
She charged me around Rs.3800 for 3 kurtis/tops, which are made with expensive fabrics she refuses to return to me. Additionally, for a basic a line dress she charged around Rs.2200, which she ruined. All the items are unwearable, and all Pansy has done is lie to me and behave rudely.
This business is just a scam, absolutely no decorum or honesty here.
Lying, hoarding of expensive fabric ,trying other people's clothes and over charging is their expertise!

Let me address one issue at a time.
You came to us asking for very specific requirements at your first visit to know how much fabric would be required for your dresses and designs.
I spent almost two hours explaining the requirements and helping you understand what kind of fabrics would go with your existing clothes. We are a tailoring store and not a design studio or a boutique to design and style you according to your requirements. We just do tailoring and we go by our principles You Design We Create.
After discussing the fabric requirements you ended up buying 1 mtr fabric for a kurta asking for the Length to be 23 which is impossible to achieve with a 39 inch length and a 44 inch width. I had asked you to buy 1.25 - 1.5 mtrs to make the kurta instead you bought the fabric of 1 mtr which is impossible to achieve. Your second visit lasted 2hrs and 23 mins.
Secondly my clients know that during an appointment I Do not use my phone to make calls or talk and only use to understand patterns or look at references which I did the very first time you came. After spending my time of Two Hours with your consultation which I didn’t charge you for the same, you ended up buying lesser fabrics in quantity for all the dresses.
However even after my master and I explained to you that making the tunic will be difficult you accepted to go for 21 inches for the length and I have it noted in my measurement chart.
Thirdly, you came back with your fabric and gave us samples and just one reference for your daughter’s patterned top and we had executed the same as per your requirements.
Just to remind you that We DO Not DESIGN or even convince clients on design.
We go by minimal wastage and hence we do not keep any of our clients fabric for our personal use instead we return left over fabrics like we did in your order as well.
I DO not use any of our clients things or products for any of our Personal use .
Fourthly, the bill was discussed based on Your design which apparently you forgot and I have the video evidence of me discussing on both days spending over four hours on the same.
Finally on the day of delivery you saw the bill and didn’t want to pay even before you saw the garments. You and your daughter both refused to do a trial saying lack of time.
Instead You threw tantrums and abused me in the complex with very unprofessional words and very rude behaviour which every one watched. I was calm and respectful and never uttered anything. You had also messaged me and also called me just to yell your stress out. I also apologised even though I hadn’t been flawed at these insistences that happened.
We have our ethics and we are always professional in our approach towards both appreciation and criticism from our clients and we work towards betterment always.
That doesn’t mean that we can tolerate this kind of behaviour . We prefer to stay calm and address the situation with respect.
Nothing stops us from growing and our clients know that we value them the most.

Ms. Pancy, a talented designer, does a fantastic job by adding her personal touch to every outfit. She ensures each design is unique and tailored to suit the individual. Whether it’s traditional or western wear, her expertise is evident.
I got a law suit (formal wear) stitched, and the finishing was impeccable—so perfect that no alterations were needed, even though it was my first outfit with her. Additionally, I had two blouses stitched, and both fit beautifully. The shop also has a trial room, allowing for immediate alterations if required.
Ms. Pancy’s dedication and skill in designing and tailoring are truly commendable. Highly recommended!
