I had one of the worst experiences with this tailoring shop, which claims to be among the most reputed in town. It has taken them over two months just to stitch and alter a single pant, and even now they are still searching for it. The stitching was extremely poor, full of mistakes, and they even damaged the fabric.
At first, they tried to blame the quality of the cloth, but when I pointed out that I had purchased the fabric from their own store, they reluctantly agreed to fix it. However, they act as though they are doing me a favor by offering the corrections. I have already visited the shop three times, and each time I discover yet another mistake that needs to be sorted out.
Now they claim they cannot track my pants because the tailor responsible for alterations is on leave. This level of service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owner of HiStyle reads this review and takes immediate action to protect the store’s reputation and maintain customer trust.
Response on 06th March 2026, Finally got my pants fixed after 3 months of struggle. Thank you Ravi the store manager to take this on priority and fixing this. Need a a lot more improvement to keep up your commitments.

Recently, I visited this shop and had a very disappointing experience. I’d like to share what happened.
While I was selecting fabrics, they began taking measurements for another customer. This went on for about 15–20 minutes, with detailed measurements in multiple dimensions, guided by the shop owner or manager (I’m not sure who he was). What stood out was the clear level of attention and premium treatment given to him.
They even asked that customer to stand on a wooden platform (around 1 foot height), which made the entire process look very professional and high-tech. Naturally, I expected a similar experience.
However, I was completely disappointed. My measurements were taken in a corner of the store, and the whole process for both shirt and trousers was finished within just 5 minutes,
Considering I spent around ₹16,000 for two sets of clothing, I was expecting a more uniform and attentive service,
I hope you take this feedback positively and ensure a consistent customer experience for everyone,

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. For the price they charge, it’s worth trying out other made-to-measure tailors who charge less and can give you a good fit.
I asked them to give me a ready-made feel for a cotton trouser, but they gave me a regular pant fit instead. The material was wasted because of the stitching.
The regular pant fit was also baggy, and I had to ask the master to change it twice before I finally got it delivered.
I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

Tailorz is not like it used to be. We gave 2 shirts for stitching. Order ID 26615.
1. They delivered two weeks beyond due date. Completely spoilt. Very poor quality of measurements taken - we realized it only after trying the shirts. They said no trial is allowed for shirts. They stitched it in an unusual tight fitting, that too with no mariginal extra cloth for correction. When asked for reason, they said we will keep extra cloth in seams anticipating correction only if the customer asks. I don't understand how a professional can reply like that.
Waste of energy and money. No timely response or call back - we had to keep calling them again and again.
This is not the way they used to do business earlier. Disappointed. Declined reputation. I also saw other customer in the shop, leaving out disappointed after no one attended him for half an hour.

I was informed by your guy at the showroom on 6th Apr that someone would get in touch with me for the concerns i highlighted. Not sure if you are aware or your team just made a mockery of the whole situation.
1, The trouser fabric was damaged during the tailoring process.
2, The stitching quality of the other trouser was quite poor, even after alterations were made by your team
Do note the fabric damaged trouser is still lying with you now and there is no resolution provided yet.

They are not provided the compensation yet for their mistake reported long back. Before 2020 their quality was very good. Nowadays worst. It seems they are outsorcing now without proper quality control. They even failed to reproduce with a sample measurement pant. They made to scrap the pant in my cost. Owner or managemnt not bothered to compensate for their mistake.

Always will Up sell expensive fabric and customisation for you to accept else you have to face rude behaviour that will make you feel very low in self esteem.
Update after more than year. Nothing has changed from staff behaviour but I keep going to them just for Quality Tailoring. This time delivery was delayed by more than 4 days. I had to buy new ready made pair due to this delay but Staff never cared to even apologise for delay and showed no remorse. Worst they never were bothered to call back and give the right update and hence keeping the same rating for this year.

Worst Experience! Never delivers on time, Delivered the shirt after the date for which i wanted to wear it and also the pattern was reversed on one side! Dint even bother to or being apologetic for doing such. Unprofessional Staff. Heard for the first time that the stitching charges will vary based on the shirt or pant size! Buying extra material for shirt or pant is correct but why to charge extra for big shirt or pant size?

When there is delay they won't even talk in apologizing manner.. they think they are the best which is not true.. they are not willing to accept new design suggestion by customers. their attitude will ruin their business for sure.. even small boutiques are doing good job. Both the so called Masters now are bad. One old man and another a middle aged man. My waist size was 34, he measured and when I got the delivery it was funny... Master simply said we can alter and reduce 1.5 inches!!! Thats the next waist size!!!! Total fitting looks out of order now... When I thought I was the only one affected , there came another gentle man with a similar complaint in his shirt... The old man so-called master cooly said 'edpi venomo alter panikalam'....that means 'we can alter however you want....then why the hell did you take measurement....!!!!!! Never ever go here... Local tailors are far good... MASTERS tailors in the same road are the best but too costly but worth it....
