The master tailor here thinks he's too experienced to listen to the customer. A few days after giving my suit material, I called to ask when is the trial. He said "your suit is ready, no need for trial." After which I ran back n forth around 3 times for alterations. Image, please listen to your customers. Give your customer what he wants, not what you want. I have no confidence in Image Outfitters whatsoever for my next suit.

My usual tailor vanished with no information and I was lucky enough to get my unstitched suit back and no one was willing to take up a new order at a very short notice.
Image tailors not only took up, but delivered on time with a perfect fit.

Not worthy for even 1 star...one of the identified very very worst tailor ...in Anna nagar...they only took measurements only for name sake ... measurements and outcome are varies....donot know the meaning of fit...donot go .....with them...

stiched a white and blue school uniform for my son, within a year it became too tight and short... as a tailor they should be aware to keep half or 1 inch extra for the growing children--so that atleast they can wear it for 1 or more year... dissappointed.... will not reach out to this outlet anymore...! reach out at your own risk!!

Horrific experience. Took the measurement and got the dress made with some other numbers. Promise on delivery is at its most pittiest commitments. Better suggest not to go or be @ your own risk
