Had a bad experience with dsignd. Ordered a dhoti set. When i received it, it was good and exactly how it looked in the picture.
Due to the function on the next day I could only check dhoti, after a week when i checked the angavasthram (shawl), there was a hole in it. We had a call on the same, they mentioned there was no such damage were found during their quality check before shipping. Dsignd told that, it may have happened from my side during edge stitching. I only stitched using sewing machine. I am pretty sure that the damage was already there.
Also after dry cleaning the dhoti from a competent service provider, the dhoti border jarikai is shrinking upwards.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. But we’d like to clarify few points based on our records and policies.
As clearly mentioned on our website, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any defects which was not provided from ur end. Also as per our terms and conditions
any damages or defects should be reported within 24hrs from receiving the product, whereas in your case you had brought it to our notice only after 15 days that too after wearing it for your event. Furthermore the angavastram in question had already undergone side . If there had been any defect you should have reported it immediately without making any alterations.
Given these factors this does not align with our quality check process and claims. Regarding the shrinkage you had mentioned that the product was received in good condition and this was given for dry cleaning, we will not be able to take responsibility for 3rd party services.

Worst experience in the d sign d Anna Nagar studio. No experienced person is there in the boutique.They are not ready to meet the requirements of the client . Time , money spent here is worthless. Delayed delivery..took nearly a month to get my blouses delivered (not satisfactory though). No proper response and initiation from the team also. The stitching team is very bad and too many alterations had to be made . They made me wait for 2-3 hrs for alterations itself. My experience with d sign d Anna Nagar branch is very bad. Customer satisfaction is the prime importance above everything. Kindly give heed to what the clients need once the order is placed. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. The "inexperienced" designer who attended to you actually has 6+ years of experience. We prioritize client satisfaction, which is why we spent hours discussing your requirements. Unfortunately, when changes like altering the pattern or length after the fabric is cut were requested, it simply wasn’t possible—as clearly explained to you. With regards to our delivery time frame it is generally 3-4 weeks time unless and otherwise there’s any requests made.
You mentioned waiting 2-3 hours for alterations, but it was less than an hour. If it had taken longer, we’d have politely asked you to return rather than making you wait. Each blouse was corrected per your unique requests, yet you chose to leave a review instead of addressing concerns directly or responding to our calls.
We hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

Amazing work by the Dsigned ! Surprised me with there vesti Velcro work usually which doesn't fit to my body type since I'm lean, they made perfectly fit and comfortable to me.
The lining work advice on the silk shirt was good which showed there experience away from local tailor
U guys doing a great job ! Kindly work on ur marketing and promotions it was hard to find groom bespoke tailors in chennai. I regret I found ur team little late

The thread work was really good and professional , done to way the design was asked to be. But when it comes to blouse it’s all in comfort and the stitch and it was not there. No matter the alterations the did it was still not well done in shoulder and armpit region . The way they take the measurements one would assume it would be perfect, rather it was tad tight and not upto mark
