As always the shop is very busy but she was very sweet & scheduled separate time for each customer. There are also two other lady tailors available.
Pungodi also suggested beautiful designs as per my budget & the outcome was very pretty.
The blouse was delivered on time and the fit was perfect. My sister & mother also stitched their blouses with them and we are all very satisfied with their service & quality

I would like to share my experience with the Adyar branch. Unfortunately, the service has been quite disappointing. Despite providing clear measurements and requesting specific customizations multiple times, the staff did not incorporate any of the requested changes. The garments were stitched exactly as given, with no consideration for the modifications discussed and this is not the first time, this had happened every single time.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better communication and attention to customer requirements in the future.

Writing this review with the recent visit to the store and the staff Poonkodi who took my order. She was so patient to note down all my suggestions on how I wanted the costume to be stitched. She also showed me few models based on my request. She had different ideas on the designing and when she had doubt with a model on how to take the measurements, she immediately called the tailor directly and enquired, which was so prompt, really appreciated. I wanted one dress immediately which was within a week, she followed up and made sure it was done.I would recommend her anyone visiting the store.

When it’s wedding month, I’ve no other option than choosing saree. Also all my saree blouses will be stitched at Athreya Blouses. Ms.Poongodi is my most favorite there. Tbh, with her friendly attitude she handle three clients at a time. She’d taken the blouse measurements perfectly and advised me some designs.
