It was an amazing experience at Mr. Darji.. All the staff member including the owner of the shop they were so polite and their customer service is exceptional. I really enjoyed the whole conversation with them. They gave us like multiple options for the clothes and they also provide sample of designs and colours combination everything and very, very patiently.. I like that a lot.

Extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Darji, Sector 17 Chandigarh.
I entrusted them with stitching a men's 2-piece suit from premium Raymond fabric for my 84-year-old father.
From the very first trial, the fitting was incorrect. What followed was a frustrating series of alterations and repeated visits. The suit was returned to the shop approximately seven times for rectification, yet the fitting issues were never properly resolved.
My elderly father had to personally visit the showroom multiple times, including at least three visits solely to demonstrate the fitting defects. Despite repeated assurances, the final result remained unsatisfactory.
Repeated alterations have also affected the appearance of the garment, leaving visible creases and making a newly stitched suit look worn and overworked.
My experience raises serious concerns about the accuracy of measurements, quality control and overall tailoring standards. Customers paying premium tailoring charges expect professional workmanship and a properly fitted garment, which unfortunately was not delivered in this case.
I would NOT EVER recommend this establishment based on my experience. DONT FALL PREY TO THEIR SWEET TALKS . TILL DATE I NOT RECD THE SUIT .

We fully understand how important it is for garments, especially for our senior patrons, to be both comfortable and perfectly tailored. Your detailed account of multiple alterations and repeated visits is deeply concerning, and we sincerely apologize for not living up to your expectations or our own standards.
We are especially troubled to learn that the repeated efforts did not yield the desired fit and moreover affected the appearance of the suit. It is never our intention for any of our customers, let alone an elderly gentleman, to feel inconvenienced or dissatisfied. Your remarks about our measurement accuracy, quality control, and tailoring standards have been taken to heart, and we are addressing these issues internally so that such instances do not occur in the future.
