I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this bespoke tailor. The entire point of going bespoke is to get something that fits perfectly and is delivered when promised — and unfortunately, they failed on both counts. First, the delivery was significantly delayed. I was given a clear timeline, which I relied on for an important event, but the suit was not ready on time. There was little to no proactive communication about the delay, and I had to keep chasing them for updates. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. When the suit finally arrived, the fitting was shockingly poor. The shoulders were uneven, the sleeves were different lengths, and the trousers were far too loose despite multiple measurements being taken. It looked and felt nothing like a bespoke garment. The whole purpose of paying a premium price is for expert craftsmanship and precision tailoring — neither of which was evident here. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented. There was no genuine apology or urgency to correct the mistakes. Overall, this was a frustrating and expensive experience. I would not recommend this tailor to anyone looking for reliability, quality, or professional service.
