This is such a HORRIBLE BUSINESS that I'm ashamed to give it even a single star. Lack ethics, basic courtesy and probably have paid people to give them reviews giving them more than 1 star. They don't even deserve a shop in the market considering their skills at cutting out your given cloth pieces without your knowledge and later stitching it into blouses to sell in their "boutique". I very clearly mentioned to them that I want the neck as is but they cut it out without telling me and ruined my entire dress. When I went to tell them about this they did not care in the least and started giving random excuses. Their behaviour was extremely unpleasant. They refused to admit their mistake and did not even offer to fix it in any way clearly proving that they did it despite knowing fully well that they are doing wrong. Please save yourselves and do not set your feet in their shop even once. Absolutely horrified by the way some people have started cheating customers these days. I'm attaching the photos to substantiate my claim. They told me they had thrown away the rest of the pieces. Very irresponsible behaviour.

Very bad service. I asked them if they could finish my dress before 10 days prior to Raja, and they agreed but they hadnt even touched the cloth on the morning of my delivery date. Later on in evening when I saw the dress it was absolutely horrendous, the man sitting in the main room was very rude and the woman who takes measurements ignored me when I asked her why wasn't my design not matching with the one I had previously given. I had repeatedly told them what my design should look like but it wasn't made as such. Further I think they kept some cloth material from my dress, because when you see the dress it isn't made fully. Also when I asked for remaining cloth material she said there wasnt, but in reality there was a whole lot lying on floor. You could literally make a full sleeved blouse from it, and yet she said there wasn't. Very very horrible service, lacking punctuality of delivering on time, rude employees.
