Had a really disappointing experience here. I gave my bridal lehenga, two blouses, and one saree (for fall & pico) with a delivery date of 5th Nov, but they delayed it multiple times and finally handed over on 8th night after repeated follow-ups. I travelled 65 km for this! While the lehenga turned out to be beautiful, the blouses were extremely disappointing. I had specifically asked for one blouse with a minimal puff design and even provided a reference photo, but what they made was completely different and very bulgy. When I pointed it out, they started giving excuses, saying “this style won’t suit your body type” instead of taking responsibility. After I insisted, they finally agreed to alter it by removing the sleeves and making it normal. Though the owners and a few staff members were polite and tried to fix both blouses within two hours, the final finishing was poor — the blouses were not even ironed, despite charging ₹1900, and the fabric got slightly damaged due to repeated alterations. These were my engagement and reception blouses, and the whole experience left me extremely disappointed. I genuinely hope they improve their commitment, communication, and finishing quality in the future — no bride deserves to face such stress during an important occasion.

We came here on 22nd May from reference of Kalamandir. They said our requirement will be ready by 2PM on 23rd May. First she said that charge will 950/order later said 1200 but it was on emergency. We agreed to it and placed 2 orders. On 23rd, we came at 4PM, upon arrival the person on counter called the tailor. We waited for more than an hour, and when th material came, the fitting was pathetic!!!! Very very very poor. Our saree was so costly and they completely destroyed the blouse, the second order came at 5:50 and it too was destroyed. And the audacity to say it`s fine. No accountability nothing!!! It's very very very nar experience!!!

We trusted them with my wife’s wedding saree blouse for one of the most important days of our lives, and it turned into a very disappointing experience. Despite repeated promises of quality work, the blouse had poor fitting, bad finishing, and careless stitching that looked far from bridal standard. Instead of excitement before the wedding, we were left dealing with stress and regret. Don’t go by their words or promises judge by the work. If you care about bridal blouse stitching, fitting, and finishing, please think twice before choosing this store. Save yourself from disappointment and avoid this place. Bridal outfits need trust and craftsmanship sadly, we found neither here. If this is the best their master tailor can do , customer deserve a WARNING ‼️ ‼️⚠️ ‼️‼️

Had a horrible experience with RC Boutique. The measurements were taken carelessly and my blouse was stitched completely wrong. What is even more upsetting is that my Savitri paata saree was also spoiled during the process. The staff showed zero professionalism, behaved rudely, and spoke disrespectfully when we raised concerns. Customers deserve better treatment and proper care for their clothes. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I trusted this boutique for my western garments and they gave me a disastrous outfit in return. The finishing was pathetic from the inner side of the garment. These people charge expensive for stitching and and took 6 days of time to stitch as well but in return they couldn't give me the garment fully finished. The overlock for the entire garment was missing. I had asked them to give a zipper at the back where they missed. These people were suggesting me for a side zipper but I requested for a back zipper as the person who was supposed to wear the garment was fat. When they failed to meet the requirements they claimed that we haven't informed anything about this. These people miss out on the details and later blame the customer for their fault. Is missing out on providing finished garments also fault of customer?

For the first time my wife given one Lehenga for stitching and it is worst ever work by the stitching team and there is no comittment they are maintaining. Initially they will make you feel they are very professional and they are the best but pls don't go by their words. I have visited 6 time for one work. Please all be watchful before giving any order to waste your quality time.

It looked unprofessional and carelessly done. Even after visiting the boutique twice for corrections, the problems were not properly fixed. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. What’s worse is that the same thing happened with my sister’s lehenga as well, so clearly this is not a one-time mistake but a pattern of poor work. They charge very high prices for blouses and stitching, but the quality is nowhere near worth the cost, not even close to basic perfection. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone

Does not deserve one star also .. Worst experience at this so called boutique . The staff were extremely ill mannered .They were careless while taking measurements, which resulted in my blouse being completely spoiled. Along with that, my expensive pata saree was destroyed. What was more irritating was that Instead of accepting their mistake, the staff behaved rudely and spoke disrespectfully to customers. Very unprofessional service with no accountability. Definitely not recommended. A big “NO “ for this boutique which has no accountability for its actions

The worst service I have ever experienced. The worst stitching I have ever seen in my life, they completely ruined my bridal wedding lehenga blouse and moreover their master tailor was not ready accept their fault. Queen's collection referred me to this boutique but they also didn't listen to my problem. It was so bad that I literally purchased another lehnga for my wedding.

The workmanship is very poor, uneven stitching, lack of finishing, and no attention to detail at all. There is clearly no quality check before handing over the outfit. Considering the premium prices they charge, the quality of work is nowhere close to acceptable. On top of that, their communication and professionalism are terrible, which only adds to the stress. Overall, this was a waste of time and money, and I would strongly not recommend this boutique to anyone, especially for important occasions like weddings.

Three stars because honestly it was my first experience but these guys have taken Rs 950/- for a simple blouse without pads! But the fitting was just like any other tailor would do for Rs 250/- and it was loose at first, and the neck was too deep, later it was altered resulting it to be too tight, and atlast it was bit wearable, so why is it boutique? And Rs 600/- extra!!! Each penny is hard earned, but yes lesson learnt 🙂

I genuinely don’t understand the hype around this boutique because it’s completely undeserved. I went there after hearing so many good reviews online, expecting some professionalism, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. First of all, there is absolutely no coordination. One person takes your measurements, another person stitches it, and in the process, your entire design changes. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted a wide neck and even showed them a reference photo which they took a picture of. Still, what I got was completely different. They charged 1300 for a simple princess cut blouse, and on top of that, they kept pushing me to add padding for another 400 “for better fitting.” If your tailoring skills can’t deliver a proper fit without padding, then what exactly am I paying for? Their design sense is zero. The moment you ask for a small customization, the price suddenly jumps to 1800 or even 2000 for the same simple blouse. Price wouldn’t even be an issue if the work matched the quality, but it absolutely doesn’t. They also have no sense of handling customes. Every time I called to ask about my outfit, they said they’d check and call back but never did. I had to follow up multiple times, and even when I went in person, the blouse wasn’t ready. I had to wait there for 30-49 minutes for them to finish it, and when I tried it on, it was still a disaster. The neck design was totally wrong. When I told them it wasn’t deep enough, the lady who took my measurements argued that my reference was “too deep" and told me to trust her. But what they made was the opposite of what I asked for. The fitting was terrible, the stitches were uneven, and the finishing was pathetic. The fabric was crinkling near every seam, and overall, it looked like something made by a random local tailor, not a so-called boutique. My expensive material and occasion absolutely ruined. Later I found out that Queen’s Collection sends their lehengas to RC Boutique for stitching. If I had known that earlier, I would have never given them anything. In the same fashion they ruined two more lehengas(one for my mom and one for my maasi) that were sent to them. They were simple designs, yet the fitting was so atrociously horrible. The dori threads provided for the legenga skirt were so short they could barely be tied, and on pointing out they said it's is manageable if tied tightly!!!! This place is all hype and zero quality. The lack of accountability, the poor finishing, and the careless attitude say everything about how unprofessional they are. I’ve had far better experiences with small local tailors who actually care about their customers and deliver great work for half the price. Save yourself the money, frustration, and time. RC Boutique is honestly the most disappointing and overrated place I have ever been to.

The worst Botique I have ever seen.. the behaviour of the staffs are the worst and stitching work the worst.. just waste of time and money and wastage of costly fabrics. This was my last stitching order with them .. need more skills to improvise and behaviour is most important.. neither they do timely delivery nor proper stitching nor fast service.. and simply the staffs say nothing has happened we can simply adjust and do it.. when you are charging more than market price for the same we expect good quality stitching.

I had given my saree for fall,pico and tassel work along with blouse stitching. The tassels made on the saree were very long in length which made the threads look haphazard, unfinished, tangled and frizzy. It was in no way refined and looked like the ends of a curtain cut off randomly. The threads could have been neatly tied or combed. With the blouse, I think it’s common knowledge that the border is placed at the end of the sleeves instead of the middle. Anyway, I had sort of made it clear that border should be at the end. But they messed the blouse up by placing the border in the middle. My problem with the boutique is zero regards for customer experience. The tassel issue blew out of proportion when the concerned tailor head blamed me for not mentioning the exact length and design while placing the order. I said I was unaware we had options for designs, the lady who took the order didn’t mention anything. My idea was a tassel was a collection of threads with reasonable length and a refined look where the threads look combed and in order, not spread out randomly. But the concerned tailor head argued to her wits end to make it a point that it was my fault and not theirs. According to them, IT was my fault that I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR MEDIOCRE WORK, instead of accepting their shortcomings.

Never felt disappointed with RC Boutique and their custom made professional designs. You imagine and they will deliver your imagination into reality. Very bad service. They take orders but never deliver on time. They would harass you by giving multiple dates and at the end, fitting won't be perfect. They never hesitate in taking orders and giving a delivery date but make sure you end up being hopeless while receiving it. We received our order in 3rd attend to pick our stuff but it is not yet ready.

Very poor service. Almost every other customer I met there had issues. They took 3 extra days still didn't add can can ( already mentioned in the bill still) in my lehenga and were asking for more extra days (3-4)...... when I refused and argued then , their head .....made them do it in half an hour. So basically the work which could be done in 1/2 hour....they wanted 3-4 days extra for it. I would suggest definitely not to choose this boutique.

The first ever boutique center where u will get perfect stitched blouses what ever measurement they have taken n designs u have suggested.. it's the best place which can be choosen during festive or marriage seasons without any hesitation.. we have enquired as well as roamed so many boutique centers for stitching blouses for my sister's wedding but the way RC boutique staffs treated us and rendered services is appreciable .. Doubtlessly u can get ur dresses stitched that also without any hesitation that stitching will worsed...so happy with their services even my mom n sister is full satisfied at their very first instance of trial.. Very disappointed with this boutique. They charged a lot but the work didn’t justify the price at all. The stitching was poorly done, and even after pointing it out, I had to visit 2–3 times for corrections. They also misplaced my latkan, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. Definitely not satisfied with their service.
