The quality of stitching is not good. I had to get my coat altered twice. Shirt, kurta & jackets were also not upto the mark either and I had to make additional trips for alteration.

They’ve stopped communicating respectfully with customers. Now that they have a large customer base, it feels like individual customers are no longer valued or given proper attention. If you raise concerns, they tell you to go somewhere else. It clearly shows a lack of respect and concern for customers.
