I have visited this showroom and Mr. Sandiya has helped me to choose the formal cclothes.His nature is very friendly. I have bought 2 formal suits and 3 shirts. They have also stiched in short time and proper way. This showroom is having good collection. All the staff members are very helpful. Top on the cake you will get valet parking. My overall experience with this showroom was average due to several reasons:
1. My interaction with the staff was mixed—while some were helpful, others were not as accommodating.
2. I opted to get a suit stitched from Raymond. I carefully selected the fabric and provided the tailor with detailed instructions for a two-piece double-breasted suit with Gurkha pants. Despite clearly communicating my requirements, the final fitting was disappointing. The coat had visible stretch lines after wearing it, and the Gurkha pants did not match the specifications I had given. Additionally, I was charged ₹500 separately for the Gurkha pants.
During the trial, I pointed out the stretch lines on the coat, but the staff repeatedly dismissed my concerns, insisting that “this is how it is supposed to be.” Having spent ₹16,000 on this suit, I expected better quality and craftsmanship, especially from a brand like Raymond.
3. Unlike other showrooms I have visited, the staff here was not particularly welcoming. Their lack of attentiveness added to my dissatisfaction.
If there is a Raymond service team, I request you to look into this matter. I am still not convinced with the fitting and would appreciate a resolution.
