This store has really disappointed me. They conceal information before the purchase and reveal it only after the cloth has been cut. They would then reveal their constraints such as that they can make a button down shirt because of the small button stock running low. The pants tailored were sloppy looking at best, which they would shamelessly attribute to a person’s body dimensions which they already took the measurement for.
They would keep revealing their constraints unless to yield to agree to whatever they can make.
My take is if you are Bhopal and are willing to spend money on custom tailoring, it is better to go with the likes of KAYA, which is much more professional and takes care of a customer’s preferences.
I made a big blunder by trusting this store.
