In every meeting that followed, her approach remained consistent—kind, attentive, and deeply committed to capturing our vision. She paid attention to the minutest details, making the final piece nothing short of perfect.
It’s honestly sad to see some irrelevant and misleading one-star reviews floating around, clearly from people who haven’t even visited the store. It seems more about feeding their own egos or trying to bring down someone who’s working hard to build a brand with sincerity in a small town, often in the face of orthodox mindsets. Didn't deliver the outfit I had comissioned months before on time, I had to wear a whole different outfit since they hadn't even begun to work on the outfit I had comissioned and no refund or even an apology. The designer lacks integrity, professionalism and maturity.

The shop has some very nice pieces.I have purchased 1 for myself , staff had been very supportive.. but the next day when i went to collect my suit which required a little alteration i meet the owner she is extremely rude. She has another level of entitlement. She really needs to learn to be polite as this is not a way of running the business. Though I know she will surly say something in her defense about this.
Hope either my review helps the owner to be polite and leave her entitlement at her home or help fellow customers.

horrible service. The ladies running this place are rude to the customers and can't even understand customer service. They just sit and chat with eachother all day long, didn't even feel welcomed. The dresses are pretty but the employees attitude is so unbearable like stop acting like an angsty teenager you're like 30 years old. They were extremely rude when my cousin was trying on dresses to see which one she liked and asked her to "hurry up and leave it if she didn't want to buy it" and they even said "what is wrong with you" to her when she wanted to take a photo in the mirror, I get some places have policies but that's just below the bar. coming from a business that is all about customer service, this is comedically poor. I bet you guys don't even make your own clothes some children in Bihar probably make it for you.

The shop has some very nice pieces... but the owner was extremely rude. We were negotiating a discount on a piece and then she said "well then you cannot afford it." To supposedly shame us for negotiating, or making an assumption about what we can not or can afford. Not a way to run a business - please be more polite to customers!
Edit: the owners response seems to prove my earlier statement. Also its entirely actually incorrect. Her other reviews are only from her close friends!

The owner is only available by appointments and you badgered the staff by coming in thrice amidst appointments after barging out twice when you didn’t get your way and kept giving your political associations to get a further discount to 15% already being offered to an extent where you went down to telling us your association with the owner which is absolutely untrue. Appreciate you taking out the time to leave a review but your sense of entitlement is really disappointing and may be must introspect,the four staff members along with 2 of our patrons that were present would certainly vouch for that.

Collection is not so much good it's average everyone is telling about the behaviour of the owner that's a secondary thing but even the designs are average now coming to the second point tge owner doesn't have manners etiquettes or politeness towards her customers even here also she's giving replies to everyone as she's assuming that she's the best but no you're wrong kindly change your behaviour as even if we go on a random day your studio is not filled with customers so that we'll think o my god we're leaving sucha good designer or whatever
Little tip- Change your way of talk or else in the future also your studio will be remain empty with no customers only
Instead of replying why don't you just make changes in yourself nobody cares about you if you weren't in the business but if you're better behave and watch your tone

Very rude behaviour with prospective clients. We paid Rs 600 for an appointment to seek consultation for dress. The owner spoke very rudely on audio call. We will never step in the shop again.

It’s disappointing to read such an inaccurate review, especially after the extensive time and effort we invested in accommodating your endless demands. To clarify:
• You visited our studio five times with your family, finalized a lehenga, and later requested a blouse color change.
• A virtual consultation was arranged for your convenience, followed by an audio call involving you, your mother, your mother-in-law, and a friend.
• Despite agreeing to a simple color change, the conversation spiraled into redesigning almost every element of the outfit, including the dupatta and lehenga. Suggestions were met with dismissive and rude comments, treating me not as a designer but as a mere shopkeeper.
It was clear that your demands far exceeded the scope of our original agreement, and when I politely suggested creating a fresh design to cater to your drastically changing requirements, the conversation turned disrespectful.
Leaving a misleading review after such an experience reflects more on you than on our services. We take immense pride in our work and stand by the quality and professionalism we offer. And to top it all, your mother in law (must be around 50-60 atleast ?), leaving hate speech and comments on our page and then following us 😆
So, of course, we do not welcome clients like you at our studio again. Learn some manners and how to treat people with respect.
