Also the jewellery option is good with best price of gold. Staff were a bit down I mean without energy and it was bit difficult to communicate in non-kanada

Great place to go for when you want shop for the whole family, particularly for a wedding or an occasion. Collections are pretty good for both women and men. Staff though are bit pushy and tend to loose patience if you start to take a while in making the selection. Extra points for providing valet parking on the busy Street.

This place is good for people visiting from north Bangalore. The variety is amazing, price is okay, but 5 points for the response by the saleswoman. She asked price range, then started showing, never once pushing her choice, but helping us choose prom their collection with a smile on her face. We will definitely visit again.

Shopped before diwali day. Associate really assisted me to get into the store and she helped me choose a good red chiffon saree for rs2680 which perfectly suited my colour and looks and was VERY affordable. I recommend this store to buy from as 1 They have lots of varieties, New stocks and plenty of space and sales girls to show the item of your interest. 2 Items are of good quality and washable. 3 They are well priced and affordable. 4 I would recommend this store, But parking and entrance is a mess.

Best showroom for bride and groom and their families. Value for money showroom. You can walk in with your family and can shop for all the members of your family. If you are shopping till you drop, just go the terrace restaurant and recharge yourself. They have complete range for sarees both in quality and quantity. Spoiler alert: women can spend more than half a day here, so Men please enjoy your free time. Thanks to Sudarshan Silks, shop hopping has been completely avoided by women.

This is a very good family Store. It has a variety of dresses for all. Including children and elders. You can choose your dresses for any occasions. It also has a jewellery shop with a good collections and few schemes are available. It has a separate section for kids with range of cloths. It also has a 1gm gold exclusive store. On the roof top an exclusive cafeteria is also available totally one stop family shop.

Good place going worst. Qualities have dropped down. Intentions of the sales people here is now only to sell the product, telling lots of lies. They are promising something and delivering something. The complete staff from sales to bill except for a very very few are on a different mode. No interest to understand the customer, only bothered to crack expensive billing. They have perfectly set the example of how good brand name just remains a brand name with no quality. Was liking this place before, but now I doubt even in making it a choice.

Excellent place for shopping for all our family requirements. You name it. They have it. I used to buy my Shirts here. They have both Branded as well as unbranded and suitable for everyone's budget. All the products are good and worth the money. Especially, I found the Shirts here to be fitting more exactly. After Shopping, we can go to the in house Restaurent on the Top floor and relax. The Shop also gives complimentary Coffee Tokens for the Customers. This Shop is definitely worth our Visit and Shopping.

Date of Visit: 07-Mar-2021 Time of Visit: 7:30 pm Had gone to buy a silk dhoti and clothes for kids. Place is relatively big when compared to other shops around. It houses garments for all members of the family which is excellent. There is also in house tailers for altering the dresses - separate sections for kids, women and men which is also commendable. Have already bought a couple of clothes in the past with no complaints thus far. Billing was quick as each floor having a separate counters. Note: There were a few 'employees' themselves not wearing masks in closed environment which is dangerous as there is talk of Covid second wave. I wish management took this seriously.

A store which has an amazing collection of all types of sarees and the prices are also very reasonable. I have shopped here twice or thrice during festive seasons, the shop fill be completely filled with customers. It's budget friendly , starting from 500 odd to thousands. I feel the quality of the material is very good and worth for every penny. The only head ache in purchasing during festive season is standing in queue to pay the bill. Staff here is good. Located in 8th Malleswaram, do visit the place for wonderful collection of sarees.

No good collection of silk sarees but highly priced . Got a better saree with lesser price at different shop. Men who show sarees need to learn some work ethics, they blabber if we ask to show more than 3 sarees . Their work is to show . Very poor and pathetic customer service ! They just got a brand name and now it is not at all good !! I wouldn't recommend this showroom for any occasion

I would give negative points for their attitude towards customers. Had visited the place and looked up few sarees. The payment for debited from my end but they did not get any confirmation due to some device malfunction and asked us to check the next day. They were hardly finding any solution even after insisting to check with their banking authorities. While I was on the phone with my bank customer care, they were just watching and laughing around.

Sadly the quality of service has gone down drastically. The staff show sarees depending on the way people ask. If we ask loudly they are ready to show case. Otherwise they just show a few sarees and saw there is no other stock. If the management wants to sell only sarees worth 5000+ and address to customers only purchasing in that range, they better close off the lower price range floor. Management should coach the staff to give importance to the customer and try to show the sarees and not just push of people to other stores

One stop for all your apparels for all age group and gender. Has many floors and lots of collection. Quality silk sarees and also jewellery is available. Price differs from low to high range of products. Wedding and all other function clothes collections are here. Also has cafetaria on the top floor which helps to reload and shop uninterrupted.

It is one of the well known stores for purchasing sarees it has many branches across Bangalore main branch is in chikpete . They have very good collection also the prices are moderate. Worth the visit if you're planning for clothes purchase for weddings.

The place is conveniently located on 8th cross, margosa road.. The place has 4-5 floors.. The sales persons were helpful. I had to get the dress altered and they gave us a coffee coupon to enjoy while they do alternation. The cafe is on top floor .. surprisingly it was big with many food, snack options.. Overall, a good experience If you like the review please like it

Not upto the mark as hyped... The customer service is alright.. mostly when you look around the shop, there is a general chaos... and instead of listening to the customers' specific requirements and assessing their taste, the attenders tend to push their taste on the customer, which would be a strike contrast to what the customer asked.. the shop can do much better if some sort of systematic training is provided to the employees... Overall, not worth the visit

Not at all liked. Very poor costumer service. More or less I shopped here for around 50K worth cloths in single shot.( may be it is less for them, but for me it is not least) Still they didn't accepted the damaged garment for exchange. Rates are not in reasonable range. Parking is a very big problem. Personally I do not recommend this.

The number of reviews here stating damaged products and refusal to exchange is very concerning. I had a similar experience with two products at two different times. I too got the same answer that we should have checked before buying. The customer service exists only at the time of purchase and is entirely absent at times of complaints. Gifting a damaged product and on which exchange is refused is definitely an embarrassment. They do not seem to have scruples about this because of the volume of business they get. Again, too many people who reviewed this place have stated the same bad experience.

Lots of damage noted in the sarees and dress materials. The attitude of the salesperson is very different when you want an exchange. They are outright refuse to exchange stating "you should have checked before buying" and that too much time has passed. This is our second bad experience with damaged material and both times no exchange was entertained. When buying many items, it is difficult to minutely check every item. You would expect better quality control from a brand like this. Buy at your own risk from here.

This place has never disappointed me nor my mom... You have loads of collection in every price category n i find d store pretty reasonable... Except fo if u have any color combination in mind..u might not find it here n in case u find it then u r prettiee lucky..like ur saree n dat too in a budget... But if u r shoppin without any color combination in your mind then definitely this is d place!! Happy shopping guys! This placr has parking facilities n just in case it is full then u have valet parking too

The saree collections are good, but not all salespersons are customer friendly. My wife had a bad experience where the salesman was not willing to show more designs and colours in Silk Sarees. The kids section is just for namesake. Avoid this store if you can as there are better shopping options available in Malleshwara.
