I appreciate the effort taken to explain your side, and I would like to clarify a few points from my experience as well — respectfully and honestly, so that both sides have a clear picture. 1️⃣ Regarding Lace Suggestion During my first consultation, it was actually the owner who suggested and confirmed that lace would be a good idea for the selected pattern. Based on that professional assurance, I agreed to go ahead.Only after the fabric was cut, I was informed that lace would not be possible. This change is understandable from a technical standpoint, but such confirmations should be given before cutting, and only if the team is fully sure. Otherwise, as a customer, I lose the chance to select an alternate pattern. 2️⃣ Front-neck Depth Discussion From my side, the front-neck depth delivered was not what we had agreed upon. I’m open to having it rechecked if I’m ever in the area, but I do stand by what I remember being discussed during the measurement session. 3️⃣ Sleeve Alteration & Visits About the sleeve alterations — yes, we visited and corrected it. But for my mother’s blouse, we had to come multiple times, and measurements were taken four times. Most people don’t have the time to repeatedly travel for basic measurements. If there is uncertainty regarding patterns, measurements, or designs, I believe it’s better to let the tailors directly guide the customers, so that clarity is maintained from the beginning. 4️⃣ Time Spent on Lace Finalizing I understand delays happen, but again, the lace discussion and confirmation happened during the first meet based on the owner’s suggestion — not ours. So the time spent later was not due to us being undecided, but because the initial confirmation changed after the fabric was cut. 5️⃣ Suitability of Designs for Body Type I completely agree that not every design suits every body type. But as a customer, I expect the designer to suggest what works best, especially if something may not flatter the body structure. That guidance never came, which is why I feel the final outcome didn’t match what we hoped for. Everyone at the function also commented that the blouse didn’t look right, and that was very disappointing for such an important occasion. 6️⃣ Respect at the Boutique I want to make it very clear that both I and my mother were extremely respectful throughout the process. When my mother’s blouse was changed to a completely different design than discussed, we neither shouted nor disrespected anyone. We calmly cooperated. So the point about communication from our side isn’t entirely fair. 7️⃣ Pricing Mention The price discussion is secondary. My feedback is purely based on the fitting, guidance, and repeated visits required — not on pricing. 8️⃣ About Sharing Final Photos I understand the need for photos, but the issue isn’t about the last alteration alone. It’s about the entire process, the lack of clarity in design suggestions, the repeated measurements, and the final outcome not matching expectations. Final Thoughts My intention is not to harm your business. I came with a lot of hope and trust, especially since I have a wedding in the family. You had mentioned on our call that you are willing to stitch a fresh blouse with your own fabric to correct the mistake — and I truly appreciate that gesture and I am willing to give another chance. I had my jeans altered by them to reduce the waist size, and I am impressed. The fit is now just right. What really amazed me is that there’s no visible sign of any alterations at all. There is a trial room as well, you can fit check before taking home. I have many more jeans, T-Shirt , formal pants and shirts which doesn’t fit right. Am going again. From so many years I was searching for a place where our Clothes are altered in a Neat fashion and at last my search ended at Magicstitch. I came to know about Magicstitch through Instagram. The name Magic is apt for them as they really do magic with our clothes and return to us. You can find everywhere who can stitch New dress but for altering old clothes it is really tough to find tailors but this team of skilled tailors treat "Work as Worship" and perform their work. Really happy to find a Tailor who can alter our clothes as per our requirement and the best part is you cannot make it whether any alteration is performed or not, they do in such a smooth and classy way which is tough to identify.. that's their tagline "Brand Finish". I was blown away with the way they altered my Jeans as the issue was not common. Soon I understood that this talented team is 360 degree players and they can do anything and everything. As I stay very far from their shop they even arranged pickup and drop of my clothes for very negligible charges. I have given total 8 pants which required waist adjustment, length adjustment, etc and everything altered accurately as per my requirements and specifications. They are friendly and professional.
