“Very disappointed with the tailoring service here. The fitting was not done properly despite giving clear measurements and instructions. There were visible issues with stitching quality and finishing. I had to follow up multiple times, and even after alterations, the final result was not satisfactory. I’ve shopped in this store for my reception and mehendi outfits in-person before I left to Canada. Although I loved the peach lehenga after trying it on, I requested to make modifications to only the sleeves of my blouse as the rest of the measurements were accurate.
I’m not sure how they quite made a note of it, but I ended up getting a blouse that is loose and not perfectly stitched to my body as you could see in the images I attached. Funny enough, they seemed to have completely changed the blouse and gave me an extra size in return. Somehow, they messed it up when I left it to get the sleeves stitched. I was absolutely disappointed for the price I paid.
As I came back from canada, with limited resources and time, the local tailor (because I don’t live in Bangalore) could not make alteration on his machine because of the heavy work. Unfortunately, I ended up wearing it for my reception the way it came. It is frustrating when the store does not acknowledge the customer requests. Kindly understand that not all brides have enough time to shop especially when they live abroad and trust the store based on recommendations.
Above all, after paying 40k for an outfit, how could someone make such a cheap zip for the lehenga? It got stuck on the day of reception and finally got broken while we were trying to pull it. We used pins to cover it, but it’s not at all a pleasant experience with this outfit.
On the other hand, the half saree for mehendi was beautiful, and a very good value for the price.

They have great collection, the staff is also extremely friendly but after purchase alteration can become problematic.I purchased a lehenga worth 40,000and had clearly told when i would come for alteration. The tailor had committed to give it in 2 days. But on the day of delivery the tailor completely denied and at the end gave it in urgency and it didn't fit properly

I recently purchased a suit here. Suit was good but the alteration work is not upto the mark, really disappointed with the service.
I had to take 3 trials still the fitting is not perfect. Staff doesn't care much after the purchase as they cooperate while buying.
I would not recommend if you're giving here for stitching or alteration work.
I felt Local tailors are better as they couldn't understand the customer requirement or fitting even after they took measurements.
Very careless staff/tailor.

We’ve been loyal customers of this shop for nearly 10 years, but sadly, the customer service has really gone down. We received a damaged product and immediately contacted them, sending photos as proof. It’s been almost two weeks now, and no one has responded properly. Every time we call, we’re told the manager is not available and that someone will call us back the next day — but no one ever does.
What’s worse is the don’t-care attitude they show when it comes to addressing issues with their dresses. Very disappointing, especially after being loyal customers for so many years.
Everyone who shops from here, please make sure to carefully check your dresses for any small damages like holes or loose stitches before leaving the store.
