Very happy with the stitching and embroidery. Fitting was perfect in first try. I wanted 2 blouses urgently with embroidery and they delivered it on time in just 4days. Staff was kind and easy to coordinate.

I called this shop to ask about the price of their embroidery service. Instead of simply giving me the price, I was told to come to the shop. I politely asked, "Should I come to the shop?" The person then replied in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone, saying, "Or should I come to your place?" I found this response rude and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking simple questions. Based on my experience, the customer service was disappointing.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but here I am because of how disappointing this experience was.
I gave my dress and my child’s dress for Eid stitching, the final outcome was unacceptable. Both outfits were poorly stitched, the designs were not followed, and the finishing was extremely sloppy. The dresses were completely ruined—I couldn’t even wear them for Eid.
What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism. No apology, no accountability. Even after taking the outfits back for correction, the rework was just as careless and failed to fix anything. The clothes are now unwearable.
To top it off, the pricing was unreasonable—₹1200 for a one-year-old’s dress and ₹1800 for a very simple salwar. Absolutely not worth it.
A complete waste of money, time, and energy due to their careless attitude. I would strongly not recommend this boutique.
