This place is a complete disgrace. First, they got my lapel wrong and even tried to convince me it was correct. Then, they gave me a collection date but made me wait until midnight when I arrived. Their staff, Stanley, shows no accountability. He doesn’t respond to WhatsApp messages yet somehow has time to post merry-making statuses. None of the staff takes responsibility either. They kept saying it would be 20 minutes but I ended up waiting four hours. I had no choice as I was leaving the next morning. I had been following up every day for six days to make sure I got it on time. If you want to waste your time and money, go there.

My understanding of PN Rao was that they are a legacy brand well versed in tailoring suits and other garments. I approached them for two tasks - (i) stitching a suit for me; and (ii) purchase of material and stitching of a blazer for my dad.
Their work on (i) was in line with the standards I came to expect from PN Rao. However, on (ii) they delayed delivery of the blazer substantially and when we first received it, the finish was sub par especially considering we had paid around INR 36,000 for the material and tailoring. Subsequently, only after 4-5 persistent follow ups from us did they finish the blazer.
I would not recommend utilizing their services especially where the product required is time sensitive.
