Terrible and unreliable service by Epitome- they used to be good initially but things have deteriorated and I would not recommend them at all. Please do not give your good clothing to them as they will mess it up and take months to even return it to you.
I had given them a simple blouse to stitch- they messed it up, I had to return it multiple times, they are arrogant, don’t respond to you and finally after months return an unusable product.
So save yourself your clothing and your energy and take it to a more professional and reliable tailor. There are tons of better and new such services that have come up in the city.

Worst experience money waste. Very bad experience. My suggestion is don't even try and don't think about comfort there pickup delivery so it is good no they are cheated. Go proper shop where you can tell your point face to face where they can take measurement nicely. She only known how take clothes from place after that alteration part she don't know how to fix it she only ignor you. So please don't waste your money here. I guess road side trailer is more professional then you.

Got my lehenga stitched by Epitome and I must admit they did a fabulous job the lehenga came out beautifully. The ease of service in getting your stuff picked from home and delivered back is commendable. The costing is also very nominal and worth every rupee. Must try service.

Very happy with overall experience. Had placed an order for 2 days delivery for my wife’s Western Blouse and they committed to it and did everything perfectly. There was bit of alteration required but they carried out very smoothly. My experience with them was very smooth and professional. Definitely must try for those who are bit sceptical.

With three different people taking measurement, stitching and coordinating, the quality is bound to suffer as no one seems to be ready to take the responsibility in case of a job poorly executed. And that's exactly the case with epitome stitching. I gave them an expensive blouse to stitch. The measurements are all wrong, fitting sucks, and the quality is so poor that it will put a roadside tailor to shame. There is absolutely no quality check. The attitude doesn't help either. Not only did they ruin my blouse hence my expensive Saree, (stitching money of 850 was another waste) but they also ruined my day. Stay away.

I came across this place by chance, and I gave normal cotton suit pieces for stitching. The level of professionalism and quality of stitching is something that I have never come across in all of these years in Bangalore. Polas Masterji did an amazing job and made 4 suit pieces within 2 days because I had an urgent request.

Have to admire their sincerity of work, as I got a formal pant altered from them on a weekend. Even though they don't provide tailoring service for Men they agreed to do it on my request.
I had to travel almost 6kms as none of the nearby tailors were ready to do the alterations.

The pickup was prompt but when it came to the delivery I had to followup for almost one week. Finally after multiple calls and insisting that I didn't want another days delay the delivery was done at 11 at night. They stopped responding in WhatsApp when I inquired about the delivery. The stitching is also ordinary. Not a great fit. Not worthy of all the pain you have to take to get it delivered. I will rather go to a tailor next door now.

I have visited epitome stitches multiple times. Recommend this for their stitching services. Courteous staff. I sent them an email with questions which was promptly answered. They do a good job of copying designs from sample Pinterest pics too. However, delivery is not always on time, though they try everything to make it possible. Once I had availed their door delivery service too which was great. Card payment was always a hassle. Try paying in cash or paytm. There is, of course an ATM right outside though

I did chose to stitch blouses here after reading many good comments about this shop. During measurement I specifically mentioned about certain things which I don't like to be done. Tailor kept back side of blouse deep where a whole design of blouses were looking bad. He asked me if I don't want that deep neck then they will do patch work with some other cloth material. So basically that was a kind of adjustment. I did paid half amount and very disappointed with their services. I just hope a tailor must pay attention to customer requests during measurement because once you cut a cloth short you can't repair It!!!

Worst worst worst. My suit is of no use. Biggest mistake ever. I paid 900 for the worst stitching ever. Its was a gift from my father. I asked them some design and they have given some other of their choice. Please issue my stitching fee 900 and take this suit from me. Do what ever u want either donate, burn or give to someone. I am really very angry on me as why i go with the review given by others. First and last with this.

I am writing this with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. This tailor is a cheat. They behave like professional but actually they are new to this tailoring business. All the good reviews you are reading are actually given by their friends and relatives. I have bought a lehenga of 20,000 for my friend’s wedding. I have given it to the tailor prior one month from the event date. They gave me a slip to deliver it by mid of the month. After few days they stopped responding to my enquiries and did not tell me the price they will charge. Luckily the day before marriage they received my phone and confirmed they will deliver it by that night. Then, comes another twist that day he met with an accident and he could not deliver. So, he directly delivered it on the wedding day. From the door only he collected money and left as he said he will come tomorrow if alterations is required. The lehenga was the worst fitting lehenga I ever received. It was at some places bulging out and the lehenga was unevenly stitched. The size according to which the lehenga was made was of a giant. Price they charged for it is 1250. I wore an old saree to attend my best friend’s wedding as I am new to Bangalore and have not come with much clothes. Basically, they are frauds associated with bro4u app for tailor at your doorstep. Don’t fall into this trap. I curse them and let god decide their destiny.

Please accept our sincere apology for the delayed delivery as it was an unavoidable situation for us and resulting in delay of delivery by 2 days and we had continuous communication with you at all times and had kept you in loop about the reason for the delay as well. Even you had informed us on 21st November 2017 that you will drop in to our outlet so that you can also check the fittings and we had assured that if there’s any alterations required, we will do it on spot and hand it over to you but unfortunately you didn’t come to our outlet to collect it and the very next day we had arranged for the delivery.
We had charged INR 1,250 for the stitching of Blouse (as per the pattern picture provided) and for the alteration of Semi-Stitched Lahenga.
As per your review we can understand that you aren't happy with the fitting of your Semi-Stitched Lahenga and we would like to explain that the Semi-Stitched Lahenga was given to us for the alteration of Length and for the Side stitching with zip to be attached. We hadn’t made any other changes in your Semi-Stitched Lahenga resulting any kind of fitting issues. In Semi-Stitched Lahenga we just do alterations for Waist, Length and Side stitching with an Zip to it and its not possible to make any other changes in the Semi-Stitched Lahenga.
After a brief discussion with you on 23rd November 2017, we had arranged a pickup but it was cancelled from your end and there after we tried calling you many times so that we can have the garments rectified but you didn't receive any of our further calls nor we were able to understand what was the actual reason for cancelling the pick up, we had sent an text message to your registered mobile number as well to call us back.
Kindly in touch with us as we believe in retaining all the customers instead of adding new customers every day.

Pathetic quality of stitching. Looks like they get it done from some interns. The blouse stitching is till a bit decent. But they completely spoilt my kurta stitching. The hems were not even double stitched... just folded and stitched ... as if done by hand. The measurements were all completely wrong despite the fact that I had provided a measurement kurta. Had to ask them to redo it twice but yet the fitting , stitching quality was worst. Please be careful before you want to give any orders to them

I have given a dress ( gown type ) for stitching. The way they stiched was pathetic, I had got the laces and the stones which has to attached and sticked. They attached the lace so badly and most of the stones had come out.. instead of attaching the lace by hemming, thy have just stiched and even the stitch was in zig zag. I made them to remove the lace and redo properly, and thy did half and gave to me.
So pathetic tailors, they spoiled my entire dress and I spend 850 for stitching alone, 900 for stone and laces. And end it turned out to be a disaster, and I can't wear it for the function for which I got this stitched. Also from the day I have given this for stitching, delivery date was 10 days ahead and still they did it as a disaster

I got 15 pairs of salwar-kameez Stiched. Farhan from epitome Stiches sent me a video to guide us about taking measurements. So, sent the measurements on whatsapp, ordered the dress materials online and had it delivered to epitome. The dresses were ready within 6 days and delivered to a local address promptly at the decided time. The dresses fit very well. All through, there was continuous communication on whatsapp. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience.

Worst tailoring shop.
I have given a kurta to do embroidery on. They ruined the complete outfit. Changed all the color combinations and giving explanations that they didnt get a normal green color thread. If they dont have threads, they why have u started a tailoring shop!!!
Delivery date on the bill was given as june 21 and delivered it on june 27th. Called them daily to get it delivered on 27th.
Do not ever give function wear outfits, they will spoil it and give u back.
And the embroidery whatever they have done is the worst. They have no design sense.

Please, don’t lie the date mentioned on the slip is 15th November and it has been delivered on 22nd November. First of all, I have booked a doorstep tailoring service from bro4u. Why the hell should I visit you for pick up? The tailoring service was already delayed by 6 days and the tailor said he met with an accident on the last day. So, out of good will I said I will come for pick up on the evening just the day before the event. But, later he assured he will deliver by next day early morning. On the event day he delivered in the afternoon and so that there is no time for alteration. Next day alteration karwake kya Main apni friend ki shaadi dubara karwati? Jo hona tha wo toh ho gya! And moreover the uneven stitching and double of my size lehenga clearly signifies your professional skills. Giving you again would have just spoiled the lehenga more. At one place the stitch is bulging out and after that it’s going inside. Blocking me from posting a genuine review won’t help!! My shoulder size is 15.5 and you have made it of 14. The blouse is not even going up and the body is extremely loose. I have finally given it to Kiran boutique who gave extra cloth and adjusted the blouse which was spoiled. She had to rework on the whole lehenga. Her boutique is just opposite to Andhra bank in Anand Nagar. If you want to hear your praises(tarif), then please visit the shop. You can even show the lehenga’s pic so that it will be very easy for them to identify. Moreover, I can name two three more tailors who straight away refused to try to correct the lehenga. It was such a mess. “Sometimes it is good to accept your fault. People learn from their mistakes and grow in life. Fools are stubborn and keep on repeating the same mistakes. I hope you are smart enough to rectify your mistakes instead of trying to project a fake image online.” Good Luck To You and your team. I have forgiven and forgotten.

Super ontime delivery. But before one day of delivery they start stitching the material. Most of all the stitch quaility poor and the design we provided for stitching and what there finish product is totally different. I wonder some amateurs/kid have done the work.

Free pickup and delivery is a good option. But, the stitching of salwar suit is very bad. Even when reference suit is provided, the top is very badly stitched. Had to return the dresses 2 times for re-stitching.Very badly disappointed with the stitching service.

Worst experience.. I got my lehenga stitched her and they ruined it. While taking the measurements they told that they will do it properly as I need it, but they did it in a completely different way.. When I asked them to change it afterward, they refused that it can't be done. Worst service ever..

I gave a salwar set for stitching. A man called Waseem who came to collect the material did not bother to make a note of all my instructions, even though I asked him to...he said he will remember. He ruined my kameez and then took it back to do some patch work. This was my first time and I was extremely disappointed.

If I would have option to give 0 star I would give that instead of 1 star. Its horrible and unprofessional. They do not know how to cut straight hem line also. Pathetic stitching. Ladies please do not opt for it. Do not waste your time money and resource. There are far better tailors than this.

Worst experience, despite giving measurement garment fitting was bad and they even changed the design without discussing with me and later stated that fabric was not sufficient. Highly unprofessional.

Pathetic Experience... Too arogant tailor...N the manager supports them...I hav given my blouse for stitch seeing the good reviews..
But no call from their end,even after i calld thrice.. not even a call...i got a msg from the manager, ur clothes vl b pickedup...Nxt day a guy came for pickup...i hv ordered 5day delivery...but i dint get any call till 4rth day...i m a busy doctor...4rth day wen i remember i called manager several times...he told i vl get a call by eveng...but no...then i confirmed i vl not get n i vl not attend the party...5th day tailor Nagma called 3 to 4 times in a gap of 5mins...Aftr i picked call she was askin some alterations...i told her...then i calld her immediately she was in another call...dint respond..i called continously no response...after 10 min she picked n told already material is cut....Very unprofessional behaviour by staff n manager ....
Wasted my money....Stitched blouse is also qualityless....Both saree n blouse r waste....

We agree with you that your was delayed from end and for that we sincerely apologies for it.
We discuss everything with customers and upon the nod from the customers end we begin the work and as per your request we had kept the sleeves length as 3.5 inch, we had started the work and called us inform that the sleeves length to be kept as 5 inch instead of 3.5 inch since the fabric was already cut and it wasn't possible to cut another set of sleeves of 5 inch as the fabric wasn't sufficient and we had intimated about it at that moment itself.
We have taken your feedback very seriously and have implemented an procedure of not going ahead without a 2nd confirmation from the customers end.
