My experience with this boutique was incredibly disappointing. I had requested a salwar suit with beadwork, and the designer Shruti assured me that she could create it within my budget of 16k. She was friendly and assured me she could fulfill my request.
However, the first trial resembled a gown and needed extensive alterations.
Another staff member, Vishwa, was uncooperative and dismissive of my requests. Despite over six trials, the fit and finishing were subpar, with beads falling off repeatedly, which the designer kept fixing it right there.
The delivery, initially promised by the 11th, was delayed, leading to multiple changes in my travel plans. Due to the ongoing delay, I had to collect the outfit at whatever stage it was in by the 19th.
Upon reaching home, beads started falling from the salwar top. When I informed them, Vishwa stated that nothing could be done once the outfit was received, and any further alterations would incur additional charges.
This has been the most disappointing experience! Despite paying 16k, they didn't make any effort to rectify the issues!

Worst boutique that I have ever gone to as a customer. The lady who is the owner is super arrogant and disinterested. I was checking out the collection when she entered with her dog.
Upon requesting her to take the dog inside, she asked me to leave the store.
A person who doesn't know how to be respectful to their customers, won't survive for too long in the market.

I ordered two kurtas from this boutique. The kurtas were delivered to me within a week of ordering them.
They are my new favourite items of clothing. The quality and design of the kurtas is exceptional.
If you are visiting banglore, stop by and have a chai and have a look through the fabulous materials in store.
