Been 3 days since I gave my pants for alteration, came to pick them up only to find out that they’re untouched. No regard for timelines, no respect for customers either. Don’t recommend.

This shop is unique as it only takes alterations. I had 8 pairs of Jeans , 9 dresses and 2 shorts. I have to say it was impeccably done to the mark. If you are looking for some really well fitted alterations please consider this shop rub by super hardworking and skilled husband and wife duo.

This is a small store between 2 stores and a bit difficult to spot.

He calls himself alteration tailor but refused to do alteration. And could not even understand how to alter a kaftan. My god that's the simplest piece of clothing.

The tailor has a lot of attitude for the mediocre work he does. Please skip this place, i spoiled by really expensive pants.

Very poor service...never give full amount in advance because this person never delivers on time... I told him very clearly that I am going to my hometown for festival and I needed my clothes before going...but this person took my clothes, full advance payment, and then started giving excuses after excuses... It has already been 4 days since I gave my shirts and pants for alteration but now he's asking for 3 more days... But I am leaving for my hometown tomorrow so because of this guy, I will not be able to wear new clothes for Ugadi...
However when I went to collect he requested to change the rating and also offered free carry bag to carry the products as I was struggling to fit them in my bag.

We also attempted to reach you multiple times via phone and WhatsApp to keep you informed, and your garments were ready for collection the very next day.
