Great experience here at Vibbhinna. The staff and owner are very sweet and they helped us out in selecting the right outfit for my muhurtham. Great collection of panche material which they themselves stitch along with required work. Really happy with their stitching and their service. Perfect fit as per measurements and no complaints about the work. Slightly expensive compared to all the places, but for once in a lifetime muhurtham, definitely worth it.

Fantastic designer boutique in Bengaluru. I would strongly recommend this boutique for bridal blouse designing and stitching. I customised my blouses from scratch and the process was just so easy with Vibhinna. A big shoutout to Reshma and the entire staff. They made everything so seamless. The fitting was perfect, the detailing was on point .Make sure to keep a buffer time to get the items delivered , however it’s worth the wait. I would highly recommend it .

I had a disappointing experience with Vubhinna Boutique. I had clearly discussed and confirmed a specific blouse design in advance, and they assured me it could be done. However, during the fitting, the design was noticeably different from what was agreed upon. I was told that due to less fabric, certain elements like the puff sleeves could not be done. While I understand that practical limitations can arise, this should have been communicated beforehand. Adjusting the design without informing the client is not acceptable — especially when the blouse is meant for an important event. What was more concerning was that instead of acknowledging the mistake, the team tried to convince me that the final outcome was appropriate. Event outfits are not casual purchases — they carry emotional value. I strongly urge future customers to ensure all details are reconfirmed clearly before proceeding.

I got my outfits done here The owner is too good ….she took personal interest on selecting fabric to designing it according to my body type The stitch , the fabric everything is too good The staff called Reshma is very unprofessional…..she confuses our idea and also is very rude ….she dyed my outfit differently and I got to get it done again which delayed delivery …..she doesn’t hve any knowledge on designing ….neither the measurements were taken right she promises to deliver on some day and hand over it on some other day She behaves like a pro designer which she isn’t I suggest not to approach here once u visit this store

Why should you pick Vibbhinna? 1. If you have a lot of money & patience to spare & enjoy the thrill of wasting it 2. If you don’t care how the designs actually suit your body type & are okay with them prioritizing their need for showcasing designs over what works for you 3. If you don’t mind being casually misled about timelines & the “complexity” of handwork 4. If you are comfortable being treated disrespectfully as a customer If you’re a first-time visitor like I was, my sincere advice is: DON'T GO. Honestly, many smaller independent tailors working out of modest spaces are far more dedicated to both craft & customer experience compared to what I experienced here. I went with 4 wedding sarees. Since this was my first experience getting custom bridal blouses made, I clearly asked for a quote first. They said - price depends on design & price could only be discussed after finalizing ALL designs. No samples were showed to understand pricing. The design finalizing process was scrolling through Pinterest & Instagram for “what’s trending” rather than what suits my body. Once designs were finalized, they quoted: ₹32k for muhurtha blouse & ₹11k each for simple blouses. For comparison, I got the same design for muhurtha(red blouse pic attached) elsewhere for ₹10k— less than the amount Vibhinna charged their “simple” blouse. For the look I wanted, this was expensive & I decided not to proceed. They flipped & I was told that I had “wasted their time.” The owner suddenly raised her voice. When I reminded her that I had repeatedly asked for pricing upfront, she rudely started slapping blouses on the counter & listing costs for each. My question is simple: why couldn’t this have been done at the beginning? Despite everything, I proceeded with 2 regular event blouses. Nothing bridal.(sky blue blouse pic attached). Cost: ₹22k. Delivery time: 1 month. Note: When I said I will pay 50% advance instead of almost full payment (₹20k), the owner was rude & dismissive. I followed up a few times & was repeatedly told that the work was “in progress.” Later, one of their own staff accidentally revealed that the work had not started until about 4–5 days before delivery — despite them claiming the designs required “extensive handwork” & therefore needed a full month & justifying the cost. Both blouses fit terribly. I spent nearly half a day there going through 2-3 rounds of alterations. Even after all that the breast pads looked bulky, the overall fit was disappointing. As designers, they should know which cuts and styles actually work for different body types. At my wedding, someone genuinely asked me whether the blouse was readymade because of how poorly it fit. Overall, this was one of the most stressful & unprofessional experiences I had. I would absolutely not recommend this place. UPDATE: 1, 13 &14. Longevity doesn't imply quality/professionalism — it just means you've been around. Multiple customers sharing similar experiences isn't a coincidence — it's a pattern. I met another person with similar experience recently. 2, 3 & 4. Order is wrong. I came twice. Once for the blouses. Shortly after, for fabric for my fiancé.Thankfully just one order was placed. 5, 11 & 12 "Delivered on time" & "delivered well" are two different things. The owner was at her cash counter — which is probably why she has no idea about the issues & how long we spent on alterations. Allocated time:1 hour. Spent time:All evening. Not a big deal, right? As a bride, days before my wedding, I obviously have all the time in the world. 6-10 Price couldn't be discussed before ALL designs were finalized— that was your process, not mine. No samples/references shared before this. As for "clear & detailed" pricing, see attached receipt. That is breakdown shared in-person as well. Yes, I placed an order— not out of satisfaction, but because the scene they created left little room to do otherwise. That is what happens when a customer feels cornered. "Time is precious to everyone". You are absolutely right. Time & Money are indeed precious. I wish I'd spent both elsewhere.

If you’re looking for on-time delivery, this is the perfect place! They don’t make you run around for small things and guide you really well while finalizing designs (because let’s be honest, we all get confused after saving a hundred Pinterest ideas 😜). Loved their customer service, communication, and top-notch workmanship — the fitting was absolutely perfect 👌. They also customize beautifully within your budget, without overcharging like many others. Highly recommend!

I would like to say worst service ever received I recommend non of them should take service from them. Delivered extremely late they took more than 1.5 months And still size and fitting is too bad doesn’t look like professional fitting and my daughter dress though they took proper size and They have made a mistake … not 1 inch or 2 inch mistake they made almost for 1.5 year old dress they have stitched 4 year old size dress And the work what they have done is not worth for the price paid 50k and still ended up purchasing outsiders dress and made my daughter wore for the function. And very important thing when I received pictures on what’s app I felt very happy because it was looking beautiful but when I wored the dress such a poor fitting dress they does pattern like sales and window shopping type Not a boutique or designer fitting …. Worst worst worst service ever

I got my wedding blouse stitched here and I absolutely loved the outcome! It was beautifully designed by Karuna.. She understood what i wanted and has suggested me with many ideas. The fitting was perfect, the detailing was beautiful, and the overall craftsmanship truly happy with their work — highly recommend this boutique!

She designed my wedding sarees and blouses, and every piece turned out absolutely stunning, elegant, timeless, and made with so much love and care. Not only did she help me with my wedding looks, but she also helped my mom design the perfect blouse that fit her beautifully and truly understood what she needed. It meant so much to see how comfortable and confident my mom felt in it. From our very first meeting, Reshma’s patience, kindness and attention to detail stood out. Not at all satisfied with the design, the design was charged 3.5k but the design is very basic, felt overpriced for the product and the customer service is also very bad, the design was not at all done according to my request, changed as their wish, didn’t even inform me and now when I asked they are like “we did according to ur budget” and when I told them Iam not satisfied they are like “okay”, didn’t give a solution to it. By the way overall cost for the blouse and kuchu was 6825, which is not at a small price, please give value to money.

I would say amazing work on all my dresses!! I really loved the pattern and design of everything. Job excellently done on my blouses and everything. However, somethings didn’t sit well with me. I feel like whatever we discussed on the day we gave measurements were changed and they were not informed to me. One saree blouse has no buff at shoulder because of less fabric which is understandable but could have been informed to us. One half saree dupatta did not go with the skirt and blouse could have been informed to us earlier. One more half saree dupatta was not given, we had to resend Dunzo. 4 blouses were not well fitted and were sent for alterations once again. One reception gown was discussed to be a corset but it had a side zip which could have been informed to us. Ashwini is an amazing proprietrix and I know she had something personal going on but I think all of the above could have been discussed over call as I had my wedding going on it was a slight inconvenience for me as well to travel back and forth. Sometimes we won’t have the time to convey all this in person because we would have had to hurry back for wedding arrangements. Very good job on the hand work though. Much appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work towards my clothes for my big day.!

Disappointing Experience I recently ordered a dress for my sister from this Boutique and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. The quality of the stitching was subpar, with loose threads and uneven seams mainly the pleats of the dress that made the dress look cheaply made. For the price I paid 19k just for stitching, I expected much better craftsmanship. To make matters worse, the dress was significantly overpriced considering the poor quality making. Additionally, I was surprised and frustrated to find that Boutique did not cover delivery charges, which added to the already high cost. Given the poor quality of the product and the additional expenses, I feel that this purchase was not worth the money. I would not recommend Boutique to others and will be looking elsewhere for my future purchases.

Worst experience. They ruined my daughter's engagement blouse. Owner is so arrogant, she never accept their mistake.we are no one to ruin your business. I din't talk rudely like you. You r the one who overlaping the conversation. And the damage was caused to us not to you. You r loosing nothing from our order we paid you fully in advance by trusting your boutique. But the mental stress, time and energy we went through is lot more than your buisiness. All the best for your business
