They have no expertise in stitching anything exclusive. The owner does not even inform if they cannot match upto the desired pattern. So, I purchased really good materials from MSU for my daughters for a close family wedding. I gave the same design for both of them and instructed multiple times to stitch as is. I also ensured to ask if it can be done and I was assured it would be. Now both their outfits are not stitched in the same style. The best part is, I carried a measurement dress along for my 1 year old daughter and also told the owner to take the measurement and stitch accordingly. But he insisted he would stitch free size for 1 year old and it will just fit fine. But now, it doesn't fit her well. It's skirt is so big and the blouse is so loose. The best explanation I get is there was insufficient material. Hello!! The professional staff at MSU who have been dealing with the running material business for years won't simply tell customers to but material shortage. I don't understand why would you cheat customers like this? If you can't meet the expected outcome, either you work on your tailors or just say you can't do it. I cannot use these outfit for them on the day of the wedding. It looks so bad. I highly recommend this place is OK to just stitch regular ordinary blouses and nothing more than that. They charge also a lot which is absolutely not worth it. This is the second time I'm highly disappointed with their service. Please work for your customers and not for your own self. Retaining you regular customers for business is also an important part of your business. I highly condemn what you have done.just so UNFAIR !!!!!!!!
