I had a very disappointing experience at the Raymond Shop, mainly with their custom stitching service.
I had given my suit for custom tailoring expecting the kind of quality and precision that Raymond is known for, but the end result was far from satisfactory. The fitting was completely off — the blazer didn’t sit right on the shoulders, and the overall finish looked rushed and unprofessional. It felt like there was little attention to detail, which is unacceptable for a premium brand.
To make matters worse, they also misplaced my tie that I had given along with the suit. Despite multiple follow-ups, the staff were unable to locate it and did not provide any clear resolution or accountability. This added to the frustration and made the whole experience even more disappointing.
Overall, the service did not match the brand’s reputation at all. Poor stitching quality combined with careless handling of customer belongings makes it hard to trust them again. I would not recommend this outlet if you’re looking for reliable custom tailoring.

Awesome experience at the store. Had my two 3 piece suits, one band gala suit prepared/stitched from here. The staff is also helpful and helps you choose the right fabric. They are very friendly and also help you try different fabric in-front of mirror to decide which one looks good on you. The stitching is little but costlier but worth it. They also work quickly and always provide your order on time. My all three suits were stitched by master Inayat. He is expert and very knowledgeable in bespoke tailoring. I would recommend this store out of all Raymond stores in Bangalore. One thing I missed was catalogue of fabrics and suit designs. If they could have it would be plus for customers. They might had already but at least I did not saw it.

This is the largest Raymond store I have ever visited and the collection of suits is amazing. The fabric quality is excellent without any doubt. I bought my wedding suit here and the staff were very helpful through every step, from choosing the suit and trying it on to making alterations and handing it over on time. A big thank you to Khadar for his great support during the purchase. They really know how to get the perfect fit. I will surely come back for more shopping!

V bad experience on custom tailoring,
First the delivery was scheduled for 7th and then later it got moved to 8th
I called and reached at 4:30 and was asked to wait
I waited till 5:15 and then told another 45 mins. I got furious so I was told that they can send it to home.
After reaching home I realized
They have done format way of stitching where I clearly mentioned I don’t want format suit and only ceremonial pattern.
Button were v basic which after insisting they sent via porter new button set.
Now after trying suit fitting is very tight that I can put buttons.
Paying 40k for the suit for this experience is horrible.
Travelled from Sarjapur to Jayanagar for this and got this experience

Pros - Custom tailoring is done well.
Cons - Avoid this store if you value your time. Service and communication is terrible and unprofessional. Trial date and delivery date is not taken seriously, so be prepared to visit the store again and again. Calling the store before visiting also doesn't help because even after keeping you on hold for half an hour, they're clueless about the order status. I saw multiple frustrated customers who had commitments and got their delivery delayed.

Arrogant and unprofessional staff. They are very rude to customers and are not interested in showing their collections. Surprisingly when we informed the manager about the rude staff, manager name Chetan himself turned out be arrogant and unprofessional. Ruining the Brand name.
Not recommended at all!

Good collection of garments with good quality. I was looking for a kurta which would be a good fit, checked at various stores got none. At this store Mr. Zakir guided and told me the exact reason for not getting the right fit. After thinking I did agreed to his suggestion.
It’s was the same issue with ethinix by Raymond shop too, could not get the correct fitting.
They have professional tailors who will stitch to your needs and also provide good suggestion.
Though I had purchased suites from this store for multiple occasions, got a chance to review here.

Normal Tailor - worst
Anyone going for normal dress tailoring don't go here, neither tailors are professional or on time. They just keep sending you back and forth for alteration . I have been here 3 times and still have not received the cloths.
Worst experience, not professional, no good behaviour as well.
