Poor stitching quality.
1. I got three pants stitched with the same measurements. But they delivered all the pant with different measurements.
2. Shirt buttons started ripping off after one wash.
3. Stitching thread started to tear off after one month.
Local tailor in my street uses better quality of thread buttons and zips for stitching.
Delay in the delivery.
They were not able to deliver the trail dress on the promised date. So I had to take everything on the final day and get disappointed.

If you are looking for a quality and a perfect outfit for your wedding or any big occasion , Aravind should be the go-to place. Recently we have ordered a suit for a family wedding and we requested the delivery date to be preponed. The store in-charge Mr. Bhaskar Raj took the complete responsibility on himself and co-ordinated better and has went an extra mile to get the final product delivered based on my request. He was following-up on the complete process thoroughly and we are really happy and satisfied with the service.

I happened to spot Arvind Stores Jayanagar a week ago when I was looking around to get custom-tailored Kurta Pyjama sets. I just took delivery of my order after trying the fit. I must say they have done an excellent job. It turned out to be a one-stop shop as they stock an endless variety of material in cotton, linen and silk, all with exclusive designs and patterns. The best part of this very good experience is the care and attention of Sriyuths Prashanth and Jagadeesh, as well as Sri Mohammed Kurban, the in-house master craftsman.
