Very happy with made to measure Raymonds, Jayanagar. Mr Balendu was very patient and caring while explaining the fabrics, style, cost, etc. Anwar Master took the measurements and the outcome was awesome. The suit was perfect in all ways for our son s wedding. We strongly recommend this shop and full marks to Balendu and Anwar master.

1/10 – Very disappointing experience at Raymond Made to Measure, Jayanagar. The fitting was worse than a local tailor despite the premium pricing. The entire result depends on whoever takes your measurements, and in our case Anwar seemed inexperienced and had no understanding of proper fitting. The final outfit was a complete disaster. Raymond seriously lacks quality control in this model, making it very risky for customers paying such high prices. Please be cautious before buying here.

Very nice experience at the Raymond made to measure outlet at Jayanagar, Mr. Manjunath patiently showed us all options, and ensured we make a very good choice for the fabric, fittings and options. The manager Mr. Balendu, ensured to explain us about the points earned and various options to redeem. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend others as well. The made to order stich was perfect. Thank you.

Horrible experience with this shop. These guys dont have any idea about the work they are doing. We spent 3 hours finding the tuxedo for our friend and these guys took all measurements and at the billing these guys told that they will not be able to stich the tuxedo. Not sure how their tailors dont even know if they can stich clothes for a person or not. The manager has no idea about how to do his job as they should tell upfront if there can be issues with measurements, not at the end when people have spent time in finalizing the clothes.

The trousers are well-proportioned with a clean fall, and the waistband sits comfortably without being too tight. The suit looks elegant both in natural and indoor lighting, giving it a refined and premium appearance. Whether for formal events, office use, or special occasions, this suit is a great choice. I have been a customer for more than a decade now but their service is going downwards. Recently, I bought five shirts and two of them went wrong. When I went back to get those fixed, they have no solution. The person in-charge did not even offer to look into it and try to find a resolution. When I said this is my last visit to Raymonds, he didn't care to even try to retain an old customer. Not even apologetic. Ready made shirts today feel much more custom fit than these guys who make you feel as if they are professionals. The master too was not taking any responsibility. Please avoid this place if you are going for a special occasion.

Anwar has great knowledge about styling and pairing colours! He will help you make a great choice on clothes. Syed Hannan is possibly the best tailor I have come across, very precise in measurement and very high quality judgement of your contour. Better than you would know your contour yourself. Ballu is a highly experience oriented customer server! Overall, fantastic experiencing shopping at Raymond Made to Measure, at Jayanagar 3rd Block.

As someone who has been wearing suits for years, including both ready-to-wear and tailored options, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Here’s why: **1. Misleading Claims of Customization** The store spends an hour meticulously taking measurements, making you try various trial fits, and promising that everything is tailor-made specifically for you. They assure you that the suits will perfectly align with your requirements. Yet, what I received was far from custom-made—it felt like I was wearing a suit made for someone else entirely. **2. Lack of Local Craftsmanship** Although the measurements were taken by a Bangalore-based master, the suits are stitched in Chennai. This setup appears to be inefficient and detached, likely leading to errors in execution. **3. Poor Fit and Execution** Despite the extensive measurement process, both the suits I received were a disaster: - **The jacket:** It feels like it’s two sizes too big. It neither fits nor flatters and gives the impression of a borrowed outfit. - **The pants:** Initially measured for full length, they were delivered 4 inches shorter, resembling half-pants. The pants cling uncomfortably, making every step an ordeal, and the zipper bulges out awkwardly, creating a terrible look. - **No Final Trial:** Unlike other professional tailoring services, there was no final trial to ensure the fit was right before handing over the suits. **4. Quality vs. Price** For the price of ₹82,000 for two three-piece suits after very good discount, I expected top-notch craftsmanship and a perfect fit. Instead, I received unwearable suits that I wouldn't even consider giving away. The entire process feels like a scam—machines might as well have stitched these suits, disregarding the measurements entirely. **5. Final Verdict** This store is a nightmare for anyone who values fit and quality. If you're new to wearing suits and have no point of reference, you might overlook these issues. But for those whose dress code or lifestyle demands well-fitted suits, **stay far away from this place.** I have photos of the suits and the contact information of the master who took my measurements if anyone wishes to see proof. This has been the ultimate disaster in my wardrobe experience, and I strongly advise against trusting this outlet for your suit needs.
