If you need a suit, P N RAO is the place to go. Special thanks to Harish and Shameel. Harish was very patient, very knowledgeable about the different fabrics and fabric qualities, great suggestions for fit, and in general very easy to work with. I am very thankful for his help. Shameel is a master tailor! Also very patient, and took my measurements quickly and accurately. His alterations were perfect as well, and I am proud of the suit that I have purchased. 10/10 experience, and will absolutely go again for my next suit!

They have great connection. I thought of going to Louis Philippe but somehow I found this and went to this shop. They have very good collection.. This is better than better than Louis Philippe IMO. Service also very good. Harish.. he helped me out with properly picking up correct one for me based on requirements and what works for my posture and skin tone.. thanks a ton.. will visit again.

Recently had a two-piece suit tailored from there and the final product was good. The fit is absolutely perfect and it was delivered right on time. When I first arrived, however, there was a bit of a wait before anyone attended to me, which was a bit frustrating. But once I came back for alterations, the experience improved significantly. The staff was very cooperative, and I especially appreciated Mr. Somashekar's guidance. He suggested a modern, on-trend suit design that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.

Extremely poor appointment management. We were given one confirmed date and later asked to come on a different date. Even after reaching at the rescheduled time, we were made to wait for 45 minutes and then again told to come after another 2 hours. The staff were unprofessional, and there was clear miscommunication among the employees themselves, which added to the confusion and delay. This shows a complete lack of coordination and respect for customers’ time. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing. Proper scheduling, internal communication, and staff training are urgently needed.

I recently had a two-piece suit tailored by Shameel. The final product is fantastic—the fit is impeccable and it was delivered right on time. My only suggestion for improvement would be more proactive communication regarding the fitting schedule and the confirmed delivery date. A quick update during the process would have made the experience perfect, but the quality of the work is top-notch and I’d definitely recommend them

They understood my requirements perfectly and suggested outfits that suited my style, body type, and occasion. Their attention to detail and honest suggestions made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I felt confident and happy with my purchase. Truly appreciate the dedication and excellent service—highly recommend Navya the stylist. Also the tailoring section was very professional.

We were informed that the clothes would be ready on the 9th or 10th. However, when we visited the store on the 11th, they were still not ready. We also tried calling, but there was no response, and no one returned our calls. Additionally, there was no waiting area in the shop, and we were asked by Basavaraju to step outside until the alterations were completed. When the suit was finally ready, we purchased an additional bow tie. During this time, we noticed Harish and another colleague whispering among themselves, which felt unprofessional and gave the impression of a lack of respect toward customers. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and made us feel undervalued. Proper etiquette, respectful behavior, and equal treatment of all customers are essential, especially when everyone is paying for the service.

Yesterday visited PN Rao jayanagar and the way they treated us was pathetic...felt that they are paying us to visit them...Absolutely no customer centricity... On contrary immediately visited Raymond's just next door and they treated really well and we were supposed to do 5 digit purchase but did 6 digit purchase... Wake up before your out of buainess

I had a great experience at P N Rao at Jayanagar. Fantastic job of helping select the clothing for the suit and the jacket by Mr Somashekhar. The Master Tailor Mr Shameel made the suit and the jacket fit beautifully. They worked together and made it in excellent time. The design and fit was perfect and I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

My friend purchased his wedding suit from PN Rao. They were very inconsistent with their communication as to when the suit would be ready for collection: - They lied repeatedly when they said to my friend that they'd come back with an update whenever my friend called to check progress. - It took an in-person visit for them to admit that the materials were lost at the warehouse. - They promised the suit would be ready by X date, and when that day rolls around they'd push it back to a later date. This happened multiple times. When we collected the suit from them a day before the wedding, they messed up the lapel - it was not at all what was ordered. When we voiced our disappointment with them they first tried to convince that it would still look good anyway, which is a lazy response. It is very disappointing that they can mess up the order after having more time to prepare the suit than they should have needed. I don't have any hope for this place as they clearly don't care about any criticism they receive. Just look at how they ignore all the poor reviews and only respond to positive ones! I am very surprised that this business has managed to stay open.

My experience with P N RAO was HORRIBLE. This was my first time visiting the store because it came highly recommended. Unfortunately, they did not live up to the standards. They made me pay the full cost for both the material and the stitching upfront. My friend and I visited the Jayanagar store on December 27th, 2025. I purchased the fabric and gave it for stitching. They scheduled the trial date for January 7, 2026 and the delivery date for January 14th. For some reason, I could not visit the store on January 7 for the trial. However, I went there on either Jan 8th or 9th around 10AM. I informed them that I had come for my suit trial. They started scrambling to find the order details. They made me wait for more than 30 minutes. Then a bearded salesperson told me they would call me that evening to reschedule the trial. Unfortunately, I did not receive any call. I called them around 8 PM to check the status. The person who answered said I could come to the store the next evening for the trial. I went back with my friend. After some time, the salesperson informed me that they were expecting the suit by evening but had not received it. He then said they would need a few more days. At that point, I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. However, he was unwilling to cancel and asked for another chance. They then gave Jan 14th as the new trial date, which was originally supposed to the delivery date. I went to the store on the 14th and was finally able to try the suit. The master tailor said some minor adjustments were needed. Later, the salesperson said the suit would be ready by Jan 19th. I clearly told them that I needed a firm date. I also informed them that I would be out of town on the 19th and returning on the 20th. He assured me it would be ready. On the 19th, I texted his manager to check the status. The next day, he replied saying they needed a couple more days. He also mentioned they would deliver the suit to my home on Thursday night. Once again, I requested cancellation because the suit would no longer server its purpose, as I had purchased it for a specific occasion. I waited until Thursday night, expecting a call or delivery. Unfortunately, no one contacted me or come to deliver the suit. Since the payment was made via credit card, I raised a dispute with the card company and explained the situation. The credit card company refunded the amount. I then went to Raymond, purchased a ready-made suit, and after minor alterations, they delivered it within two days. I will never visit this store again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and energy. If you still choose to shop here, I strongly suggest paying only after receiving the final product. If I had paid the full amount in cash for both the material and the stitching, they would likely caused many problems in refunding the money. In that case, I would have complained at the police station and filed a lawsuit against them. Even they do not deserve ONE STAR, unfortunately, I will not be able to post without selecting a star.

MR. SHAIKH and Ms.KANIKA were with us through the purchase, it was a great experience, showed us all suit materials with a lot of patience and stayed until our purchase was done. They have a wide range of fabrics to choose from. It was a great experience. Overall the credit goes to Mr Shaik and Mrs Kanika for our purchase. Thank you to them and P N RAO 💯.

1/5 Stars: Highly Disappointed - Aggressive Sales and Refusal to Provide Basic Service I had a deeply frustrating experience at the PN Rao Jayanagar retail store. We wasted over an hour due to the salesperson's aggressive and non-customer-centric approach. The core issue was a refusal to allow me to try on a size 40 blazer while I was already fitting a size 42. The executive insisted on an advance payment just to show the size 40 trial piece. Instead of accommodating a simple fitting request, they were keenly pushing me to purchase the size 42 and rely on post-purchase alteration. The sales team here seems focused only on forcing a purchase rather than providing proper customer service. I regret the time lost and will certainly take my business elsewhere.

We had a very disappointing experience at the PN Rao Jayanagar branch. Our order was placed on October 10, 2025 (approx. ₹1,27,000) for a suit, blazer, bandi, and shirts. The shirt materials were our own, and we were told they would be checked for suitability—but it took 30–35 days just to confirm this. Initial delivery (Nov–Dec) and fittings were decent, but things went downhill after that. Our remaining pant materials were kept for stitching . However, from then until March 2026, we kept getting delays—reasons ranging from workload to system issues. At one point, we were told the materials were already cut but stitching would only happen after additional payment, which made no sense since payment was complete as per the billing details. There was also confusion about billing even months later. After multiple follow-ups, we visited the store and spoke to mr Younis, who assured delivery by April 10. But eventually, we were just handed corrected ( for the amount )bills and our pant materials were returned unstitched—despite earlier claims that they had been cut. Very poor communication and lack of accountability, especially from Nithin, who handled our order, from the beginning. We had to constantly chase for updates and were repeatedly misinformed. Overall, quite an unprofessional and frustrating experience. we expected a lot more from a brand with such a reputation.

This place is situated in main road, easily visible from road. Their is a small lift for elderly. This place has 3 floors of suitings. It is beautifully tastfully decorated. Staff are friendly and very co operative. It has very many range of colours and varieties in suits and shirtings and blazers. Price range is costly, but it is worth the money. Stitching is very good as they give trials before the final stitching. Their are masters who help in suggesting the cloth and the tailor very well understood what was told to him. Recommend to visit and decide.

Before visiting PN Rao, I checked out multiple suit tailoring stores be it Raymond or some of the top bespoke tailoring houses but I just wasn’t getting the confidence to place the order. However, after visiting PN Rao, everything from fabric selection to design and measurements was top-notch. It was a great experience overall. My master ji, Mr. Shameel, truly has magic in his hands the final output was excellent and exactly what I was aiming for. Special shoutout to Mr. K Nagaraj sir and Masterji Mr. Shameel sir for the amazing experience.🎉🎉

My Recent experience at the P N Rao outlet was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory. We were looking for a blazer in size 40. However, the representative was persistently advising us to purchase a size 42, which was available in the store, suggesting we could have it altered for a fit. We politely declined, as the fit was not right, and reiterated our preference for a size 40. Despite our clear request, he was reluctant to assist us with that size. We eventually selected a blazer style and asked to order a size 40. We were then informed that to bring the correct size from another location or warehouse, we would need to pay the full amount in advance. This was an unreasonable request, as we were expected to pay for an item we had not even seen or verified. Feeling that our needs were not being respected, we decided to leave without making a purchase. It was a disappointing visit where customer preference seemed to be secondary.

I paid a premium for a "tailored" suit here, but apparently, basic courtesy and extra fabric weren't included in the price. Sameer at the tailoring desk was incredibly rude, treating me like I was ruining his day just by existing. I get that he had a meltdown with the previous customer, but using me as his emotional punching bag is a weird choice for a supposedly luxury brand. To top it off, the tailor refused the alteration because there isn’t enough cloth near the calves, which is hilarious considering the price tag. If you’re looking to spend a fortune to be treated like a nuisance and end up with a suit that has zero room for adjustments, PN Rao Jayanagar is definitely the place for you.
