Went here with high expectations from all the reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with their service. They kept delaying the delivery and I got my clothes after a week beyond the promised time. Even then I had to send it back as the fitting was not perfect. For the premium price of services, which is almost double of what a regular tailor would charge, you'd expect better.

Nandini made the entire process seamless and assured that it will be done on time.
Samyukta was equally helpful and had an eye for detail.
Infact, the outfit was delivered 2 days before the promised date and time. The entire outfit was stitched in 24 hours.
Very happy with the service and highly recommend cloud tailors.
