I recently visited a Raymond store to purchase a suit, and overall it was a mixed but mostly positive experience.
First, I want to appreciate David, the salesperson who assisted me. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the selection process. He explained fabrics, fitting, and styling very well, and his customer service was genuinely excellent.
The only issue I faced was during billing. The suit I selected had a displayed price tag of ₹32,999, but during billing I was informed that the revised price was ₹34,760. I was then shown another sticker placed behind the original tag with the updated price.
As a customer, this felt confusing because the revised price was not clearly visible at first glance. I personally feel it would be much more transparent if updated prices were placed clearly beside or over the original tag so customers can immediately notice the change before billing.
I also spoke with the manager, Sachin, regarding this concern. After the interaction, he later called me and explained the situation professionally. I understand that there may not have been much he could directly do at that moment apart from assuring better support in the future, and I appreciate him taking the effort to reach out and clarify things.
Raymond is a premium brand with great quality products and good staff support. My only suggestion would be to improve price-label visibility and transparency to avoid confusion for customers during billing.

One of the worst Raymond showroom.
I have a very bad experience with their reach outs. To summarize it, its been more than 20 days to get a shirt and a pant stitched and after multiple follow ups im getting a lukewarm response.
I dont think so I would suggest going to this place again. Im honestly not sure why they charge a premium for a lousy service.

I went to Raymond shop Indiranagar yesterday, attitude towards customer is unpleasant, spent more than 2 hours still no water was offered, when we asked for it, staff (Shahid) gave it with lot of attitude & making unpleasant faces. Staffs look uninterested like having a customer is a burden for them.

I had a fantastic experience @ The Raymond Shop located in Indira Nagar. I have been a Raymond customer since 2014 and particularly of Made To Measure.
Recently, I went to the store @ Indira Nagar where I was very well welcomed by Diana, Karthik and Master Saifulla. It was by far my best experience with Raymond. Master Saifulla was very thorough on his measurements and explained the entire process very well. He also gave me very good suggestions and recommendations.
I went this week to collect all my clothes. I am very, very happy with the service. All the clothes fit very well and everything is of top quality. Best fit and best experience with Raymond ever!!!!!

Today I visited The Raymond Shop, overall the experience was great. The staff (Abinash and Pragati) were warm, professional, and the service was quick. They showed me a wide range of fabrics. While a few of the options I initially selected turned out to be unavailable, it didn't bother me much since my preferred fabric was in stock.
I walked in without any clear idea of what colors I wanted, and while everyone was very agreeable and accommodating, it actually made choosing a bit harder. (Might be the Dutch directness in me that prefers stronger opinions.
I can pick up my custom suit by mid-August
