A brand and place I fell in love at first sight 🫶🏽 I came across SuTa through Instagram. I generally don't just fall for brands and go on a shopping spree. I am more of a offline shopper, so I was very glad that they had a fabulous experience store at Indiranagar in Bangalore. Icing on the cake was I got to catch up with the founders Sujata & Taniya Biswas in person. Firstly I was delighted to meet such warm and loving people. Their pure intents for their passion which reflects in their collections and quality impressed me. Of course today their web page is saved on my favourites😉. I was sunk in awe of their Mul cotton sarees. The feel to start with, colour options , the designs, esp the ruffled saris , the polka mul cottons, I could go on… sheer 6 yards of elegance & style yet extremely comfortable. Almost my second skin. I found many varieties of sarees with them… silk,cotton,modal,viscose, mul cotton and so on. From an occasional sari draper I wonder how I transformed to someone who chooses mul cotton saris even for long haul travels 😊😌 I word this review with sheer experience of comfort n satisfaction. I am so proud and happy our paths crossed so beautifully @Suta. Last but not the least their ready made blouses are fabulous. Stitched to perfection and they offer all sizes. Amazing designs to flaunt. Now there is no looking back for me … as they call us SuTa Queen 👸! Proud and happy to be one ♾️ ❤️ so folks who love to drape don't miss SuTa. Visited this beautiful store today for the very first time, and I must begin by appreciating the store’s ambiance — absolutely stunning and thoughtfully designed. 🌸 It really creates a warm and welcoming vibe for shoppers. I had actually gone looking for ready-to-wear blouses. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a collection that impressed me. Most of the blouses didn’t have a good fit, seemed unsuitable for different body types, and the fabric quality was on the lower side — something I truly hope they improve upon. On a brighter note, I really loved their mul saree collection — soft, elegant, and stylish. I even picked one for myself, and that definitely made my visit worthwhile. 💕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me — mainly for their sarees and the beautiful store ambiance. With some work on their blouse section, this place can easily become a go-to for many of us.

Had the best experience at Suta Indiranagar! The collection is gorgeous, but what truly made my visit special was Punita. She wasn’t just helpful..she felt like a friend, guiding me effortlessly through colors and fabrics without any pressure. She genuinely wanted me to find what suited me best, and thanks to her, I walked away with something I absolutely love. Honestly, I wouldn’t have made a purchase if not for her thoughtful and end-to-end guidance. If you’re visiting, ask for Punita..she’s amazing!

The in-store experience has been underwhelming. The inventory is limited, sizes and designs are mostly unavailable. You most of the time will have to order online, after making the effort of going to the store. The store representatives are not helpful either, they keep saying 'order online'. Wondering what is the point of having a store if one has to order online. Some more support and genuine interest to help from the store representatives would be nice. It's a well made store, but doesn't offer a pleasant shopping experience overall.

In absolute awe of Suta and their collection! I love visiting the Suta Bangalore store. They have a wide variety of sarees, from Mul cotton to linens to silks. I would like to call out the lovely staff, special thanks to Juliana Punitha for helping us out pick our sarees! Thank you Suta, for spreading smiles with each drape. <3

This review/ rating is for the physical store in Bangalore. To start with, I really like their collection online. I have been eyeing on a few things for sometime now, for few years actually. I finally decided to buy a blouse from SuTa, for a saree I already have. I didn't want to buy online, instead I preferred to go to the store personally, try and buy, as I wasn't sure about the size too. I stay near Hulimavu in Bangalore, which is really far from the store. I went all the way excited. Sadly I went alone. I entered the store. A girl helped to direct me to what I was looking for. I went through their collection in store. There weren't zaas much as the online collection. Obviously we can't find everything in a physical store, but it could have been better. It was a bit difficult for me to find a good match since the collection was limited. I found few prospective ones and I went on to try them. Since I went alone, I thought of asking someone from the store for a second opinion. It was difficult to reach someone from the trial room. The staff weren't attentive. But it's okay, manageable. What was completely not okay was the alteration part. The blouse fit me really well but I had to get the blouse strap altered, since it was a bit loose for me and coming off, so I asked them if something could be done there, which I regret now. So the girl said, she will ask the tailor and let me know. I said okay and waited. She took the blouse and got it altered. I got back the blouse in 10 mins. I went on to try again to check if it's okay. The strap was alright but the sides of the blouse were opened up and not stitched back properly, to however it was when I bought it. It was so unprofessional. There were stitches from here and there. I asked her if it could be done properly because I had to wear it for a wedding function. The tailor took the blouse and I got it back in another 5-10 mins, and again it wasn't properly done. I asked her again if they could get it done properly with one decent stitch line and with the same fit, however I bought it. They took it back again and he put a decent stitch but the sides were popping out of the armholes. I asked her again. I told her it will be seen when I wear it and she was a little sarcastic when she responded. She said, that and all will not be seen. I felt so uncomfortable to ask for anything more. I couldn't believe and I honestly didn't expect such an experience in a store like SuTa's. I'm so disappointed. I wish I had given it outside somewhere I knew for alteration and got it done in a more respectful manner and in a proper manner. 🫤 When I tried it again after coming back home, it's a little tight on the chest part too. I have to go to a tailor now, anyhow.

I have been a regular Suta saree customer since 2019. I am wary of buying blouses online, and was happy to know there was a store in Bangalore. The store has a limited collection of sizes, which was a bit but not too much hassle - I tried on other sizes or same pattern in a different colour and made the purchase online. --However the blouses were not altered properly. It might be better if the tailor directly noted the alterations rather than the sales person assessing what needs to be altered and then telling the tailor. I have to go again for the alterations. --Additionally, I am not sure the staff understands ready-made blouses; I was told one does not wear a regular bra with padded blouses. However, from other feedback, it looks like you do need to wear a bra unless the padded blouse fits you perfectly. There is the risk of wardrobe malfunctions, otherwise. --There are hacks for wearing blouse with hooks at the back, again something I learned later. The sales staff only said, "yes, these blouses need another person to help”, without mentioning any hacks that might minimize need for asking help. --The store closing time is listed as 9pm on the website but the staff insist it is 845pm. Overall I am disappointed with Suta after the store experience. What a shame since it was one of my favorite brands.

I had ordered 1 blouse on 14th Oct which was showing will be delivered on 19th Oct. I didn't get my order so I called on 20th to check and I got a very good response that delivery is not in our hand and today is Sunday we can't do anything. Again I called after 2 days they said will try to deliver but can't give assurance as delivery is not in our hand. Again after waiting patiently for another 2 days I called them and as usual the same response then furiously I asked to transfer the call to Manager, they said we can't our Manager will call you back. I got the call from their so called manager who assured me that we are "Suta" we always keep the promise, I personally expedite the process for delivery and tomorrow you will receive your order and then I will call you back to confirm. Neither I got my order even after 2 days nor that so called manager turned up again. That was the height of their ignorance and then finally I called and asked to cancel my order. I don't have this much of energy to keep following up. They were not all bothered about the concern they simply cancelled the order🙄 I waited for my refund information till 48 hours after my ordered reached back to them. When I didn't receive any update on my refund I called them and got to know that they don't inform the customer about the processing of refund it is already processed and I will get my refund within 5-7 days. And guess what soon after disconnecting the call I got the message that the refund is processed now 😄 In short never ever order anything when you are in hurry. You may order when you have atleast 1 month time. And a big no to pre payment as that way you will not be worried about your money. Wating for my money to be refunded hopefully I will get it. This was my first and worst experience with Suta.

Fashion House Review ( Not Paid) Being a fashion professional, I think I can leave honest reviews here :) The place has no entry sign so please ask someone for the direction once you are on 12th main. After its visibility on social media, it was on my list to visit the store though I think I was late but never mind. Nice store with collections that would tickle buyers looking for garments which speak their choices. Available: Sarees, stoles,tunics and pants with cool readymade blouses. And Pom Pom earrings :)) Brass jewellery Pricing: If you are price sensitive customer and looking for fun then one try will not be bad. Quality: looks reliable Tip: Good lighting of the store can make a lot of difference.

The rating is only for my experience at their Indiranagar store about one month back. I went there asking for help and the staff did little to nothing to assist with my search or buying decision, they were busy with office gossip and I eventually left after roaming around the store by myself for 20 minutes. Not one person walked in to support despite me asking for it! I'm a big fan of your online collection and the brand story. Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to visit the offline store at Indiranagar unless the team begins to think about basic customer experience.

Very disappointed with the customer service by staff Priya. The blouse of my size was not avail and I had inquired if I take the blouse for is my own tailor can alter it and if he is not able to alter, can I exchange the product as it is. She was absolutely not understanding and have me I correct information. Please every store has a exchange he policy and if your staff cannot understand customers query, he or she cannot be front facing the customers
