Don't give your number to register with them. They claim a 20% off on birthday or anniversary month. I went for a purchase in my anniversary month but the manager guy smartly Said it will activate it after a month of purchase to avoid giving any discount. Had to buy at full price. Never going there again given how they are not customer first
Having said that the lady who showed dresses was very professional and patient. Would have written a very good review but thanks to the billing experience they deserve a 1 or 2

Customer service at the Indira Nagar store is pathetic. They don’t keep a follow-up, they don’t update and as a customer I had to call back the store multiple times.
To make it worse, the customer service staff - Asha is great at making a sale but doesn’t know even to apologise incase of delay. The customer service at Kemp Fort mall was, is and will always be the best.
This is not acceptable from a brand like Soch.

chose to visit Soch because of the quality of clothing the brand is known for. After seeing several attractive pieces on the online store, I decided to visit the Indiranagar outlet to explore them in person. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
I have previously visited at least three Soch stores across different cities and had positive experiences, but the Indiranagar outlet was by far the worst. The staff were unwilling to show the requested pieces and behaved as though assisting customers was a burden rather than their responsibility.
As customers, people expect basic kindness and courtesy from customer service, not solutions. Due to the unwelcoming attitude, I could not stay in the store for more than five minutes. This experience has made me reconsider visiting Soch in the future.
I hope the management looks into this and ensures better service standards at the Indiranagar outlet.

I went with my friends, to the Indiranagar store and i found a saree for just ₹750, already imagining turning it into a kurta. But when the tailor said it wouldn’t be possible, I went back to exchange it for something else. That’s when it really hurt — the salespeople weren’t even interested in showing me anything. You can feel the shift instantly.
It sucked. Because money is money — whether it’s ₹750 or ₹7,500. But sadly, people only look at those who spend big, not at small buyers. Maybe because commissions matter more than customers.
Mindsets really need to change. In the end bought a full price dress material for 1500

The cloth quality is so poor and so overpriced! I visited the store today, purchased two outfits worth 7k. I tried it on once more at home, to my dismay one of the outfits already has a tie that's torn off. And the other outfit is so sheer( worth 3.5k) and a white dress with no inner lining material. My bad that I did not check beforehand, it didn't seem so in the showroom with the bright light. But looks like the cloth is really old, and poor quality. But I need to commend the sales lady manjula who assisted me. She was wonderful!

The collections at Soch are mostly average. They have Indian ethnic wear , mostly ready to wear collections. Prices are medium to high. Quality is okay
