Samoh offers some of the best designs with truly unique clothing, largely crafted in khadi, jute, and linen—all at very affordable prices. Their ethnic wear stands out for its distinctive styles and thoughtful detailing.
The entire staff is supportive and welcoming, making the experience even better. Special thanks to Sangeetha, who always assists me in selecting the best pieces.

The Manager at Samoh Indiranagar behaved rudely when I requested an alteration. The response was dismissive and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be premium. Alteration requests are standard, and customers deserve basic courtesy.
This experience has left a bad impression. Management really needs to address staff behavior.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to handle customers more politely and professionally in the future.

A lovely and pleasant experience shopping for some timeless pieces, especially for the upcoming festive season. The fresh stock and those on sale are unique. Special shoutout to Ankita who transformed herself into my personal shopper and was super patient while I made up my mind :) and to the store manager Miss Krebu for help with the alterations.

This is a higher end boutique from Trent/Tata- Westside . We liked the design of the shop at 100 ft road and were one of the early customers here. Sometimes you may get a few decent clothes. I picked up a decent kurta and a Nehru jacket. My wife picked up 3/4 dresses. Where it fits exactly, I’d say it’s fine and go ahead. The issues happen when there is any adjustments required. It’s been very frustrating dealing with the team there who frankly do not understand/ have the ability to execute minor alterations. Perhaps this is just us (former) Delhi-ites not getting Delhi quality work but I see this across Bangalore that tailoring is pretty poor and alterations are very badly executed. We had to have so many iterations /modifications that finally we accepted whatever they gave us at the end. Not the best option for a 20k dress ! How much time can you spend on 1 garment after all?! Overall, much better than (no comparison to) Westside quality/designs but really poor alteration services. Also, some team members are perpetually on phone outside the shop ..!Plus 3 stars for design of shop and quality of proposition. Minus 2 for services.

I visited store and brought a dress.. i wanted the cup to be removed.. they said they would do it and they have tailor of their own to do the alteration.. i left the dress so that in store alteration would be good.. but i was disappointed.. their alteration service is very bad.. i had to pay extra for dunzo as well as i had to get the dress back from store after alteration.. now the upper part of the dress looks so bad and really cannot wear the dress.. now money is just wasted.
Writing this review so that it would help people who visit store and give for alteration... please dont waste money on the dress if any alteration needs to be done dont even buy...really a bad choice.

This book added is showing an incorrect map, I think an org like tata should not add these books in the catalogue section of the showroom, this tells a lot how much this country is valued.
